Sales guy Ryan was nice and easygoing. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 cars I looked at needed a jump, corrosion on battery terminals on one. One of these vehicles had a bad tailgate seal leak so there was literally a pond in the trunk when we opened the tailgate. Still went in to at least discuss price on others, wouldn't negotiate down at all on vehicles that are listed above market price. Will not be returning.

I went to this dealer just now to buy a car and the truth is that they are very bad at serving you, I give them a 1 out of 5 but if I could I would give them zero stars.

We bought a car today, from Ryan the salesman, and Tony the owner. They were both friendly, straightforward, and not high pressure. It was a pleasant experience overall. They were willing to work with us earnestly and honestly on price, we are happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend giving them a chance.

This guy is the worst salesman I've ever dealt with, yelling over people, getting lauder even though I agreed with him, trying to pass of a car that's about to blow up and covered in terrible paint fixes that look worse then a scratch or chip, didn't let me test drive it and wanted to talk financing immediately, also they had the car warming up when I got there so I couldn't hear the cold start. In summary I wouldn't buy a gold bar off this guy for a dollar.EDIT: I did not raise my voice once, and it was over due for a timing belt and I never said I price I was looking for, he got defensive and aggressive when legitimate concerns where brought up. The owner is a lier that tries to argue bad reviews in his favor DO NOT Buy anything here, HE IS SCUM and a LIAR

Naser and his team could not have been any more professional or operated with a higher degree of integrity. I purchased my car sight unseen and had to trust in both the process and Naser blindly. Not only did everything play out as I was told upfront upon receiving the car 2,400 and 9 days later it was in the mint condition I was lead to believe. Maybe even better than advertised. The entire team went to great lengths to not only accommodate my requests but were authentic in ensuring I had a great experience with Select Auto. I never thought I would say this but I would buy another car sight unseen with Naser and select perhaps over my local dealer. The result was that impressive.

Purchased a car from them and told the salesman reliability was one of my top concerns. I was assured of the reliability, haven't even drove the car1000 miles before it broke down. They offered no help, not even where I could fix it, which is within there right as it was sold as is. But still i felt they didn't care about thir customers at all. I reached out for the car fax report which took several calls and emails before they gave it to me. Then when I asked about a spare key they said they would get back to me which they never did. Finally after I reached out again for the spare key they just said they can't help me. I got screwed with the deal and am out a lot of money. Thanks select auto!

Bought the car in March , still haven't received the plates. Yeah sure there was a delay with plates in Washington but even after the dealership received it , they didn't reach out to us, we did. We called again to follow up and then they said they "mailed" it and it got "returned". We have requested to send the plates again, let's see how long it takes Once the sale is made that's it. In addition, we spent about 2k in repairs for a 10k car that we weren't made aware of.When they say we inspect the cars , don't trust that. Take a mechanic, they do not inspect cars if the auction says it's okay( auction only checks engine and transmission break downs, which you will know because you can't drive the car). This was shared with us only after the sale.Don't make the same mistake we made.After purchase warranty that's offered doesn't cover any of those repairs that might go wrong, again only covers if the engine and transmission completely fails on you( please read the fine print) .Response to the comment:**Customer was not informed of other warranties available to purchase except the one that was offered.Lack of communication and not including important information is a huge issue with this dealership . We were not informed of the plates until we called them. No matter how close a customer lives they don't know plates have been received UNTIL the dealership informs us. After this review was posted and constant nagging the plates were received.

I will say that in many years of being around different type of sales these guys are good people to work with. Kayden was chill & relaxed, totally cool. Tony is direct and good to work with. I appreciate their customer service and will happily refer people there.At the end of the day, you’re buying a used car. Have reasonable expectations about your experience. I think if you need to go to a used lot: this will be a safe place to do so and leave with something if quality.

An absolutely pleasant experience! I filled out the financing application online and was approved before ever stepping foot on the lot. From Kayden the salesman, to Tony the owner, the entire process was seamless. I will definitely be referring my family and friends!
