Prior week:We had come in a week prior to purchasing from Seaview to test drive a used Envision. Steve was busy with another customer and had Austin work with us. The test drive was very nice due to Austin’s demeanor. There was no pressure to close the sale because we were upfront about looking at other vehicles before a decision is made. After test driving the vehicle at Seaview and a few at other dealerships; we decided that the biggest difference was the way we were treated. We came back to Seaview because of the experience with Austin.The day of purchase:I was pleasantly surprised at the patience of Steve, courtesy of the staff, and proficiency of completing the documentation. The staff engaged with our disabled son and asked if there was anything they could get him, not something my wife and I are used to. Thank you for making him as welcomed as we were.The process:We came in to buy a used car, pivoted to a new car and Steve was very patient as my wife and I were deciding what purchase made sense for our family. There was absolutely NO pressure towards any vehicle. Steve gave us many options to look at, taking his time to explain the differences of each vehicle. This was absolutely the best buying experience that I have had as a buyer.Seaview will be getting repeat business and my recommendation.

This should be a zero star review but that is not an option.This was the worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair. The final bill was more than twice what was originally quoted. $2200 vs $4500. The work was to take one week. It is now in the fourth week. No communication came from the service center during the service period. I had to call every few days to check on the progress. When I went to pick up the vehicle that was “ready “ the requested work was not completed. When presented with this failure, the shop supervisor started defending his mechanic instead of apologizing and assuring me the situation would be fixed. This all happened after I was required to pay before being allowed to inspect my vehicle. No refund or discount was offered. At this point, Seaview has both my money and my vehicle. Since this incident, I have NOT been contacted with an update and still do not have my truck. I will never use this dealer again and will take every opportunity to talk trash about them for the rest of my life. Truly a horrible experience for a lifelong Chevy owner.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I truly feel disappointed and obligated to let others know my experience with this dealership so others don’t have to be in the same situation.When I bought my truck, the sales man insisted I pay extra for the “lift kit/tire modification coverage” because the truck I was buying had an after market lift kit on it and the coverage was necessary so if I had any problems with the lift kit it would be covered. So fast forward a year… also should mention that this truck has had nothing but problems and had to bounce from dealership to dealership for 5 months because of a transmission recall that nearly killed me! So anyways, my control arms and ball joints were going bad and needed to be replaced so I do what the WARRANTY says and take it to the dealership I bought the truck from and of course they do the classic “okay we will call you with an update” I had to call them multiple times to get updates, they told me my truck was done and it was just sitting waiting to be picked up… nobody called me to tell me, I had to call to find that out. So I ask “did the control arms and ball joints get done? Like it was discussed with Linda” the response I got was “no? We don’t see anything about that here” oh that’s convenient… so I tell them no it was discussed that they were going to contact the warranty that they sold me and get it figured, they told me they’d get back to me… well they never got back to me and once again I had to call, they told me that my warranty would only cover half of it!!!! They quoted me $2000, 1,000 for labor and 1,000 for the control arms and ball joints, the control arms on the truck are priced at $350, but since they were discontinued they thought it was okay to find the most expensive parts they could find… and of course the warranty company was like no because even they know that’s ridiculous, the warranty states “Replacement of covered parts may be made with parts of like kind or quality, and may be new. rebuilt, or serviceable used components, assemblies or parts.” This dealership literally told me that they can only offer the $1000 parts and no other options, pretty convenient that they do that so they can make money even after selling me an expensive comprehensive warranty that they insist will cover the parts on the truck!!! I found several similar parts of the same quality and price by the way, So basically they just bamboozle people to make extra money! Pretty disappointing that a “reputable” dealership does this to customers! I had them sign off on it for me to take it to another shop and now I’m waiting to just get into a place that are honest people and will put $400 parts on my truck. My vehicle is my livelihood.. I am a caregiver with clients that need me and depend on me, I had so much faith that this dealership would be able to fix the vehicle they sold me and take care of me but they failed miserably and now I’m scrambling to find other ways to get to my job and take care of people that absolutely need it! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE CROOKS! Go buy a vehicle from a dealership that will actually take care of you and help you when you have vehicle problems, and a place that will actually call you back and not just forget about you. I am so beyond disappointed. My advice, the car industry is ridiculous.. find a dealership or shop that are honest people and don’t try to scam you.

Block cars in the customer parking lot to prevent them from either leaving or to ruin the customer's day who go to Tesla next door with whom they share a parking lot with.

Great experience! Second car purchased from Seaview. I am loyal to this dealership for a reason. Austin was wonderful to work with and financing was a breeze. They respect your time and should be considered consultants, not salesman. Austin gave me the information and access to the vehicles I was interested in. Very knowledgeable. Truly a shared discovery atmosphere allowing me to make the best decisions for my family without the headache. Keep it up folks.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Seaview Buick GMC. I’ve been shopping for the right car for months and have worked with many dealerships and car sales persons. My salesman Gabriel was great. He was not pushy, kind and felt very upfront with cost. I had three little kids to manage alone and the team there was great and patient as we worked through the sale of the car. I worked with Jay to purchase/finance the car. He got into the details and did great at explaining the cost so that it made sense. If ever given the need or opportunity I would absolutely trust them with another used or new car.

The reason I bought my truck from Seaview GMC is because of their salesman, Javier. Of course, the truck was the right fit for my needs but I easily could’ve waited longer to make a purchase. He was extremely personable, honest, and just a real pleasure to work with.If you find yourself at this dealership you’ll be doing yourself a huge favor by asking to work with him!

The service was about as bad as it could ever be. I bought a new car there a few years ago when it was Chevrolet and I took in my 2014. Pick up truck cause I had a check engine light on it. It's out there for 5 days. Nobody touched it. I had to keep calling and asking what's going on. Finally, they said well we can't duplicate the problem. And I needed my truck back. They had not done anything I just. Came and picked it up on a Sunday and left. And don't think I'll ever come back or suggest anybody to come. And have service done by you folks anymore. Because nobody checked me in the guy was so busy. He wrote down my name on a piece of scratch paper. I never got a receipt when I left my keys. Very, very poor business practices. Guys, you guys need to sharpen your pencil.

Purchased an used truck from Seaview making the mistake of purchasing the extended warranty they offered through Nationwide. They failed to mention that it was only good at their service department. When we bought the truck we were told that it had under gone an extensive safety check. They missed the 3 outstanding recalls including one that could lead to an engine fire. Seaview lives up to the reputation as a USED CAR DEALER. BEWARE! UPDATE! They contacted me shortly after I wrote this review. They were very apologetic and said they would see if they could get something from National for me. That was 2 weeks ago. I finally heard from them Tom the service manager called to see if I wanted to schedule the warranty work on my truck. I'm writing this one off as a learning experience. The extended warranties they sell are worthless in my opinion don't waste your money!

Had a great experience purchasing a used car with Cale! He was so knowledgeable and showed us the MDX which hadn’t even been on our radar and was actually cheaper than the car we initially came in to see. He spent a lot of time explaining things and never made us feel pressured into paying for extras or pushing us towards more expensive options etc. we love our car- thanks Cale!

Sales associate, J Richmond and floor manager Gabriel made an amazing sales team at Seaview Buick GMC. J Richmond stuck with me and my partner the whole way, made sure everything was clear on paper as well as making the whole process as smooth as possible. Two people ahead of us in finance department, but Richmond made sure it was like having a hang out party so the time past very quickly. Bill in finance was extremely knowledgeable and was very comfortable to work with. Bill even caught that our warranty previously chosen was not quite right with the amount of miles previously on the vehicle. Thank you Seaview Buick GMC. This dealership is the way to go if your looking for comfortable and knowledgeable sales and finance team.

Home of the "NO sticker" used car. The used cars do not have any information at all posted on them. "If you can find a better deal on the car ... you will never know it because we do not post any information including the price on our used cars". Make it easy on the customer and do what car lots have been doing for years ... post information about the car ON the car.
