Well….. I got low ball on my trade in they tried telling me my engine was about to blow ……well I was a tech for 12 years it was an exhaust leak and they said it was in the motor .
The sales guys was concerned with getting a $500 bonus if I wrote a review on the spot , he took a small amount of time to show me how to set up audio …… but I felt being rushed out the door .
3 weeks later the check engine light came on so I had brought it in , service didn’t want to work on it because of it’s different brand . But they took it in to get the code …… I picked up the suv and they told me that the engine was bad in this car as well , but wouldn’t put it in writing! And were unable to fix my car and should take it to that dealer for them to look at ……and that 3 month warranty they give does nothing !!!!
Service department says the engine is going out just sales says the engine was going out . And I haven’t heard from them sence , I feel like they just took my money and ran ……
I used to be a mechanic, I knew there reputation……. They haven’t changed !!! Now I left some stuff out but from what I’ve said , I’ll let you make up your mind !!! GOOD LUCK ………
