I brought my car in due to a check engine light. They looked at it briefly said it was just a bad gas cap. Told me I should buy one off ebay. Did so, but the light stayed on. Went through multiple caps since they said to try others when the light didn't go off. Took it into Autozone and they determined it was a bad EGR Vacuum Solenoid. Maybe take the time to do a proper check next time rather then just a glance. Very dissapointing.

An excellent shop to have your car worked on! Very nice and professional. The entrance is a bit difficult to find, and my GPS had me running in circles, but definitely worth locating! I will be back and won't hesitate to refer family or friends!

I received honest treatment and good service from Jonah at Seapac Auto who was highly recommended by a friend. This was a welcome relief, after having the worst experience of my life at BMW Seattle (PCV recall) and getting the runaround from Precision Motorworks. Like do these mechanics even know what they are doing anymore?! They start with some basic little job and then keep charging you until your whole car is basically brand new. It cost me $500 and 2 weeks of my time for BMW to tell me I need an O2 sensor and the arms to my convertible are "weak". They didn't recommend a anything else I needed with the diagnostic. "Weak" is why the top is sometimes getting stuck and is not closing?! Yeah that's helpful!! Asshats!! 3 weeks after I got my car back from BMW, the serpentine belt snaps and Precision tells me its because there is oil all over it. Really BMW you didn't notice when you were doing you so called "inspection"?! Seapac is in the process of helping me with 100,000 miles service recommendations. I will come back to update you when my car is fixed. So far $250...for a throttle body clean out... BTW be aware that this shop is hard to find. It's in the back behind another building at the bottom of a steep hill. Seems like my car is safe parked back there at least. So far they have displayed good customer service and patience to make sure I understand what the real issues are. Stay Tuned for more...

They do what they say they are going to do at a fair price. It is a little hard to find because you can't see it from the street, but that is a good thing because you aren't paying for the pricey real estate in your bill. They are around the back in the daylight basement of the street side building.
