I really loved the well-crafted mid-century design of the furniture, atmosphere, & customer service. Betty helped me over multiple days, brought stuff out of the warehouse for me to look at, & offered to house furniture for free until I was ready for it to be delivered. Furniture looks like it will last for many years. Highly recommend.

After looking at countless furniture stores to replace my cheap leather sofa and loveseat, I decided to extend my budget and get something of higher quality and cost. Visited Scan Design and found a sectional with recliner that fit my needs. Best part is the 100% top grain leather used in their furniture, not split leather or cheap leather match. Yes it’s more expensive but worth it in the long run. Service was great and the sales team answered all my questions until I was comfortable with the purchase. Highly recommended.

I bought an expensive piece of sectional Italian sofa from scan design. Later when I had some issues with the sofa, they exchanged it for me with a new one. Great customer service!!!

Worked with Noah today! Redeemed my experience in store. He was great. He was knowledgeable. He was patient. He was kind. Also, come during the week. Much more pleasant experience. Weekends get a little crazy. Overall the products here are great. You just need the time and patience to work through customization. Found our perfect reclining chairs and are super excited to place our order. Looking forward to the next visit when we need additional pieces for our living room.

Difficult to find anybody to provide help. Expressed interest in bedroom set. Sales clerk didn’t want to give any help at the time. Asked for email and said she would send detailed quote. Still have not received. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business. Floor rooms were a mess. So sad. Have purchased from them before. This experience makes me wonder.

We've purchased many furniture pieces from Scan Design over the past several decades....it's our "go to" place to find the items we need. A lot has changed over the years and we are not happy with most of those changes, but we all have to adjust. Luckily, we found Noah to help us and he's been great. He's sensitive to our needs and has vast product knowledge to match us to a perfect selection. We trust him and that says a lot!!

To start, really surprised by the mixed reviews because I had a great experience. Most furniture here comes from Europe and if you custom order, it takes 4-6 months -- this isn't different than any other upscale furniture store. Pricing here was competitive for what I was looking for, but like anything else you should shop around and don't necessarily buy the first thing you see.Salesperson Betty was great during the sales and after-sales timeframe. Truthfully, all staff are friendly and welcoming - Noah processed the delivery today and Badr in the warehouse helped inspect, repackage, and load the furniture into my van.All told I am delighted with the low pressure sales experience, and the great value of the furniture; I am certain to recommend Scan Design and come back for my next furniture piece!
