The one with the red hair is a hard working person! She's also super sweet, caring person!

Lady that works there at tonight is so rude. I bought a really expensive item and wouldn’t let me exchange my item when my receipt clearly says I can. Also it hasn’t even been open. This lady is so rude she made me so bad about the product I brought

Went to a professional to get full highlights. They turned out the worst orange and made me pay for toner, which is fine. I came into Sally's this morning and the manager Quinn was super understanding and help me get a solution to my problem. I am super grateful for her expertise and helpfulness.

This is going to a long (but worth the read!) review*So, I am completely new to DIY hair dying and have had absolutely no idea what or how to do any of it myself, which can be a little scary. Now that being said, I did have a pretty drastic color change planned and went to (a different) Sally’s location for advice and product recommendations for what would be my first time bleaching and changing my 1 time (ever!) dyed red hair to a pastel/rosegold.There were not any hair swatch samples for me to go off so after getting home and looking up the swatches for the colors I bought, I immediately knew I needed to exchange them.Enter: THIS LOCATION (164th st Sally’s)I decided to bring my dyes to exchange here because it was closer to my work and I could literally cry tears for how thankful I am that I came to this Sally’s instead.Quinn, the manager, informed me that I was given quite the wrong information as well as the wrong products for what I was trying to do. Now, imagine how detrimental that could/would have been for not only the health of my hair but also my personal image/self confidence etc.A woman’s hair is a huge part of our appearance and personally, for me, I know that something that drastic could truly ruin lives if beauty and image are that important to someone. I’m not joking when I said I could have cried when Quinn told me what I had purchased first was completely wrong in almost every way for my hair goals. She was SO knowledgeable about how and what I needed to do that she basically overhauled my entire previous purchase and not only exchanged but EXPLAINED every single step in the process to the last detail. I could’ve hugged her I was so thankful I came here to exchange my colors or I would have most likely fried/and or ruined my hair completely had I not came here and got the best and most caring treatment I’ve ever had in customer service. Her soon to be assistant :) Nicole was so attentive to my needs had it not been for her questioning why I was given what I was given from the other location, and going out of her way to get Quinn, her manager’s input I would have had a completely different outcome.I cannot praise these ladies enough and this location as a whole. They literally saved my hair and my self confidence all in one, and I am so so so thankful for their knowledge and expertise. If you have no idea what you’re doing like me, this is the best place for you to learn, for sure!Thank you Quinn and Nicole, I will never forget your level of customer service and what you guys did for me!

Arrived at 10:58. Store opens (supposedly) at 11:00. 11:10 employee arrives, locks the door behind them, puts up a “sorry for the inconvenience, store will open at 11:30” really. By the time I drive to another store this one will be open. Frustrating.

Two women were working and both very nice and very helpful. The woman with the two-toned hair (I forgot her name, sorry!) Was especially helpful in helping me pick out a semi-permanent purple hair color. My daughter and I also picked out a lot of clearanced nail polish to have fun with. Store was clean and bright and the shelves were full. We'll definately be back!!

Started going to this location because the employees are generally unknowledgeable and rude at the Sally's off of Hwy 99 in Lynnwood however this location is no better. Staff were dismissive when I tried asking for help and I overheard the manager on duty and one of the associates complaining about other customers.

Last Saturday March the 17th I visited Sally's in 164th located in Lynnwood. The most attentive young girl helped me during my products selection and I was just amazed by her customer service skills. What a great experience. Thank you Chloe. Hope you will be in the next time I go to Sallys :)

My boyfriend, friend & relatives always go here for anything related to changing up the appearance & style of hair. Me, myself, I don't know too much about this kind of process. *I called the store and Jada/Molly were EXTREMELY helpful. Jada answered all the questions about the bleaching process and even walked me through step by step on how to go from bleaching/developer + hair dye.*Once I came in, the staff already knew what I needed which was the bleach, I believe ion powder bleach was the specifics of it. The kindness really resonated with me with the employees and the atmosphere was SPOTLESS, organized, altogether well put together.*I'll always go here for products as the staff were not only knowledgeable with all questions/products but very considerate and understanding. BIG SHOUT OUT TO THEM!!!!*Cheap priced, reasonable to say the least! $11 & change for the developer/bleach. *GO HERE! I haven't heard of any negative feedback from anyone I know here and now I know why :)

Barely was in the store for 5 minutes before being treated poorly by the aggressive male getting online orders fulfilled. Made my family uncomfortable and we just left. I really needed a nice comb. Seems like I'm not the first to complain about him based on other reviews.

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!I called today 6/26/2022 and the gentleman on the phone was so dismissive and rude. Asked if they carried Shrine hair color drops instore because its on the Sally's website and I got a rude *sign* followed by a "no" and then I asked if they had anything comparable and he said "uhhhh no, I've never heard of anything like that" made me feel really stupid. Definitely done giving this store my business, staff are always so incredibly rude and most of the time not even knowledgeable on hair (most employees aren't even cosmetologists) so don't trust their advice. Every time I've come to this location employees always act like they don't care about the customers or their job. Sally's might be convenient but I'll be sticking to Cosmoprof from now on.

Zero customer service from staff. Found some of the items I needed after walking the ailes without any help offered, even after staff walked by several times. Not very well stocked.

I went to Sally's first in Everett looking for a mens straight razor. The Everett location was out of stock. So then I decided to call other Sally's to see who had one in stock. I found one at the 164th st location in Lynnwood so I went there. The associate suggested I buy the master barber straight razor shaver for my husband's beard and bald head so I purchased it. She told me once the package is open I cannot return it. So, I bought the master barber straight razor and brought it home to shave my husband's face and head. I opened the package, and to my surprise there was no blade!!! It is just a housing for a blade and you have to buy the actual blade separately. I am so upset... I asked for a mens straight razor and was given a housing for a blade to purchase. I'm not happy at all. Now my husband's beard and head did not get shaved and since I opened the package I cant return it. Not happy.

I got here a full 20 minutes before close, I was going to take maybe 5 minutes. But they had already locked the doors and closed the store? If they are going to close almost a whole half hour early they should change their store hours. They aren't making food that takes 30 minutes to make, they're selling hair product. That was super frustrating I drove all the way here, because to me twenty minutes was more than enough time. -super disappointed-
