Rude and unthoughtful and uncompassionate store clerks… I did not realize that the lockers were inside the building when I did realize I tried to make it in time. Got here just after close there’s still other customers in the store checking out I explained the l problem the lady in the store and she just kept shaking her head that they’re closed. I asked her please and she said he can’t let anyone inside and I said not gonna buy anything. I just needed to get a present from the locker. because he gets sent back tomorrow and she kept shaking her head, that she couldn’t let me in and so I said, what could you do it for me and I would hand her my phone so she could scan the locker so I can get the present before Christmas. It was like 10 steps away from her she just said no I asked her please, she walked away then, so did I..I understand there are rules.I understand they’re closedI just don’t understand the simple action that it would take to open a locker and hand me the present .For all she knows that could’ve been the only present a child gets on Christmas Day . Obviously that’s not the case at all . “Thank God ..”but I just don’t feel like it would’ve taken much effort to let me grab that out of the locker i so that I had it on Christmas and so it wouldn’t get sent back it wouldn’t of slowed anybody down

I'm not to thrilled the one on evergreen way but lynnwood Ross rocks. I'm going to check out the Ross by my work in Bothell.

When I went to Ross I asked one of the employees where I could find a certain article of clothing and they did not know what I was talking about or even knew anything about it. So I had to go to the manager and ask why the employee I had asked about this clothing did not have a clue what I was talking about. I asked the manager if they trained their employees to know where everything is in the store so that if a customer asks then they would be able to help that customer instead of standing there looking clueless. The manager couldn't even give me a straight answer. I will never shop at Ross again because the help I got there was not good at all.

this store has a lot of cheaper stuff which saves you a lot of money, but the store itself is so unorganized, i know they have workers and they do their job but still it always a big mess! one of the managers is always in a bad mood, i wish i could see her name tag. I would specifically type her name, but i don't know. She stays in a cranky mood, and if your kid tries to be around furniture, she always gets upset and says bad things ,

This place is a hit or a miss. But when I do find stuff it's always really cute and inexpensive! I got 4 shirts for under 10$ each which is a really good deal. This is my go to store for clothes.

This Ross is a mess. It is merchandised all wrong. There was a line to pay that ran to the back of the store. As an employee of Ross, I was disappointed in this store. I have been to many locations in many states. I give this one 2 stars.

Always love going in this store. Try to do a Tuesday because I get a 10 percent senior discount.

This store does not deserve any stars whatsoever but in order to post a review you need to select a star. Almost all the employees except SPS are very disrespectful to customers and aggressive. Most of the employees don't even wear their name tags even though it is a required item for uniformity throughout the store. As a previous Ross employee, I know for fact you ARE required to wear your name tag as Ross does not have many restrictions when it comes to dress code and you do not treat customers the way this store does. I have never felt so disrespected or violated while shopping because an employee thinks I'm trying to steal or when trying to return an item bought the day before, mind you with a receipt in hand, getting told I cannot return my item because it is not on the receipt. I think I've gotten better treatment at the Everett Ross with their habitat crackheads than at the Lynnwood Ross and their employees.

Ross is an overstock discount store, so the inventory changes all the time. They have limited quantities of items - sometimes only one. They have all the typical departments though and it's a great place to check out periodically just to see what they've gotten in. I especially like their home goods section. They don't have a lot of cashiers so depending on the time of day you might have a little wait in line.

Cashier Janelle 0 stars. Manager Rachelle 0 stars. Horrible experience when paying for merchandise. Janelle since the beginning of the transaction was very unpleasant using a tone with each phrase. They both need better customer service

I love that Ross is open late! That has saved me for a couple last minute needs for kids.
