I hope no one shows up to your sale. Having cars advertise for you going 30 miles per hour on highway 99, messing with traffic is not the way to go.

Cathy is wonderfull! She is very kind and knowledgeable, taking great care to find the perfect furniture us, a loveseat and a power lift recliner for my elderly family member. The furniture is high quality and made in the USA. I would refer all my friends and family.

The glass bookshelf I had bought for 850$ from Ritz furniture, the same bookshelf you can buy from Amazon for 200$. I bought it on 2019; however, going through old receipt today I recalled how I felt cheated by lady owner of this store. The same feedback I gave for sofa I bought from her, highly over priced. I will never recommend buying from this shop unless you want to be feel cheated later.

Bob, at the store on Aurora, was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly helpful and patient with my husband and me. We purchased a sofa and Bob gave us an incredible price and had it delivered that same day! We love our new sofa

It is rude and invasive to ask someone you just met the reason why they need a mobility aid. There is a reason why medical places have privacy laws around a person's medical history because it is a personal, private matter and it is up to them who they want to disclose that to and somehow the people who use assistive devices know not to go around asking random strangers what their medical history is which I'm sure they would not appreciate either. They were also very pushy and controlling here. I get that they're trying to make sales, but were not allowing even one second to be able to look at furniture alone and think without the pressure of them trying to make a sale and telling the potential customer what that customer does and doesn't like and what they can look at as if they didn't have their own choice to make in the matter. When there are signs everywhere about no exchanges or refunds (because the store is closing), people do not want to be rushed into a sale because they couldn't get time to themself to think before making a decision with no way to get that money back.

Wonderful non-pressure sales team. Great selection. My parents have shopped here for years. Now I have purchased items too. Cathy the owner is a wonderful lady. So kind and helpful.Currently going out of business and are having huge sales. If you need anything stop by.

Decided to replace sofa sleeper with a new sofa. just left Ducks and stumbled across Ritz Furniture Gallery. Nice layout of store. was met by Cathy, Store Manager. Gave demensions and explained why we were there. she knew her store! and directed us to a couch she thought would work. We were shocked, it was the right size, despite it was smaller than a standard soda (what we were looking for) had 3 cushions, lovely fabric and the real kicker...IT WAS AMERICAN MADE FROM PORTLAND OREGON. Cathy was very informative and helpful. She showed off their Broyhill Sofa options sharing definitely quality furniture being sold there. Highly recommend this store!!! Don't let the outside fool you. It may look like everyone else...it is not. Check it out

Best place to shop for quality furniture! No pressure buying with many financing options for all budgets. Been in business over 40 years. Most made in the USA. Shout out to the manager, Cathy Y for the best customer service one could ask for. She is fabulous!

Do not buy from this store! Kathy is super pushy and when I told her what I wanted that they didn't have it in the store she told me she could order it and showed me a picture of what I wanted on her phone. I told her I wanted it to be leather and comfortable. She swore up and down it was super comfy and just the back was not leather which is fine. I got the couch a week later than expected and it is hard as a rock and not leather at all. Its some sort of fake leather and it's way darker than the picture too. I called her and told her about it, she then tells me that top grain leather is much more expensive and then told me that she never told me it was comfortable. I told her I wanted to return it and she then tells me all sales are final and that she doesn't do returns. I feel scammed and you will to if you go there!
