John and Hero were absolutely wonderful to talk to. This was my third visit in and they, each time, have been immensely helpful. Their expertise, knowledge and communication skills are extraordinary. Hero brought out the mattress on a hand truck so I could throw it in my car curbside. I chose the Restore Plus Hybrid, which was on a cant-miss sale. Thank you so much guys!

Maria was really helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions and they were informative and welcoming each time I was in the store. I'm so glad I went into store instead of blindly ordering online. Thanks again Maria!UPDATE: After recieveing my mattress and base I'm changing my review to a one star. I received a base that does not work at all. Purple has deflected the issue and referred me to ergomotion, the manufacturer. While I understand purple doesn't make the base the fact that I spent a thousand dollars on a base that doesn't work and purple won't correct the issue is incredibly frustrating. And guess what? They don't take returns on bases. So I spent a grand for the same base they sell for a couple hundred bucks. The customer service through purple is not up to par with the amount they charge for their products.UPDATE 2: I have owned a non -fucntioning platform purchased from this store for over a month. Neither Ergomotion or Purple have corrected the issue.

Craig was the man. King of the Purple palace. Without him, would we have left with a great mattress at a great price? No way. He was so professional and helpful. I can't believe it. Absolute lengend.

Samantha came in clutch with the "do you need a mattress," and i said...."yes." After that I knew she was the best. 11/10 she was awesome.... oh and the mattress felt good also.

So glad I came into the store this week. Very knowledgeable staff. Super friendly. Samantha was awesome & got me set up with my new bed. Also talked with someone earlier this week, didn't catch his name, who narrowed down my search of the right bed. Appreciate everything & look forward to many good sleeps!! Thank you Purple!!

So first time buying one of these mattresses and Samantha rocked it, their showroom was clean well managed and she was delightful. We'd made the choice months ago but she helped us save even more and included some awesome perks that come with the bed! So glad we went and made the change much needed and much appreciated with their amazing staff and help!
