“I usually enjoy coming to this location whenever I drop off return packages from Amazon. However today as I was dropping off items, not the usual QR code but barcode showed up. So I asked one of the employees, and she kindly told me to send the receipt to the UPS email, which I did. And as she printed it out she charged me $3.14 for her service. $3.14 is not much to be honest but I think if she was going to charge it, she should have told me that there are two options where I can print it myself at home and bring the package (which I usually do it myself) or an option where she prints the label and charges me. She was kind that I did not want to cause troubles, but it was quite unprofessional how they handled the situation.
As i said i usually have a wonderful experience, but just asking simple question to a customer before charging them would be great.”
“I had a very nice woman named Megan help me out as soon as I came in. You have no idea the RELIEF I felt to be asked right away as soon as I went in what I needed help with. I need to copy somethings in color and I had absolutely 0 idea how to. And I was already anxious about asking for help. Having her ask me first and guiding me throughout the entire thing step by step was super helpful. Super friendly and fast service, I wish every place had a Megan!”
“This is my favorite UPS store, not just because it's the closest to me but because all the girls that work here are extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful! I didn't catch her name but the woman working on Monday morning on 8-26-2024 is fantastic! Plus, the owner has 2 cute English Bulldogs that are always on the hunt for treats. ? Highly recommend this store”
