I have been going to Kevin at pioneer auto sales for YEARS & I haven't ever been disappointed in his work. Hes always fixed my car for a lower price than what the dealership was charging & he always so kind and willing to help people at any time. I went to Nissan to get my muffler fixed and it costed me almost $250 and it was broken again in less than a year. I then went back to Kevin and he charged me less then $100 and I havent had any problems since. His low prices, customer service & reliability is the best around. I'm lucky to have him as a mechanic and would never go anywhere else.

Great customer service! Went in for a 2000 Subaru Impreza and I originally was going to walk away from it just because I didn't like how the clutch felt (there was nothing wrong with it, I was just knit picking and looking for an excuse as to not buy the car). However upon hearing this, the owner approached me and said if I just buy the clutch he will install it and not charge for labor. So after a few days, the car was ready to go and all i ended up paying was $200 which was a really good deal! About a week later, there was an issue with the drive train that needed to be addressed (which was not due to negligence on their part, the car just had a lot of miles on it and things like this happen all the time with older cars) and so I called the owner then told him about what was going on. Without any question what so ever, he took it in and happily fixed it without any charge and even gave me some extra parts for the interior when I picked it up. Car also came with about 5 keys which was really nice! All in all, this dealership receives 5 stars from me due to the honesty and hard work put into it.

Nothing on their website was on their lot. Nothing on their lot was posted with paperwork or price. We were not greeted by anything resembling sales staff the entire time we were on the lot.

Exceptional customer service! The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. He will find you the perfect vehicle. Besides selling cars, he has an auto shop. I have been going to Pioneer Auto Repair for years and have always received the best care possible and at a very reasonable price. I recommend this business to any and all who would like to receive reliable auto repair.

Pioneer is a small but humble shop run by a genuine man. I bought my first car here (used) and drive up from Seattle just to get it fixed whenever I run into problems. Aside from being an awesome mechanic, Kevin is always a pleasure to talk to and is very knowledgable and skillful. His patience is appreciated despite my limited knowledge on auto maintenance and you can rest assured that your vehicle is in good hands!
