In January, I offered to purchase a used Bronco at the price listed on the internet. At this time, the dealership was going through some management changes. Prior to attempting to purchase this vehicle, I test drove 3 vehicles over as many weeks at Pierre Ford in Lynnwood, dealing with Kelly (the floor manager, and Arrington, the sales rep). When we made the offer Kelly, the only person worth dealing with, was promoted to another dealership in the chain and no longer available. Eric, was promoted into floor manager and somehow the price of the vehicle jumped 6k due to "market adjustment". Ironically, every other Bronco I was watching had dropped consistently since the beginning of December. After telling the sales rep I wouldn't step foot back at the dealership because of the price hike, he called back a few weeks later trying to sell me a different rig. Admittedly, I strung him along as we were in the final stages of closing a deal with Larson. After the deal was done, I told Arrington we had purchased elsewhere and he proceeded to tell me I "didn't give him a fair chance". Offering to purchase a car at a posted price wasn't "a fair chance". When I disagreed, he hung up on me. Today, less than 30 days later, the Bronco is still on the lot and $300.00 less than what I offered to buy it at. I sent one more text to Eric, a joke of a representative, and I receive a response from the sales-child of "glad you still hung up on this". I am hung up on the fact that with so many options, service and people don't matter to this company. I am happy with what I have and Larson was AMAZING. How do people like Eric get promoted in an industry that survives on service and relationships? Are sales reps like Arrington taught to ignore the prospective client then hang up on them when it gets a little hard? Have the dealers made so much money over the last few years that people don't matter?

We went to this dealership some two months ago and dealt with a sales person named ARRINGTON. Even after telling him several times I'm not interested he still continues to call, text, email me asking if I have questions. I have unsubscribed to there email list but still getting emails from him. This is boarder line harassment. I been to hundreds of dealerships in my life and this is the worst person as far as annoying I have ever dealt with. They weren't workable with a deal so not sure what he thinks he is going to accomplish by keep reaching out to me even after I said I'm not interested. He was no help in the first place. Not going here again.

We had a horrible experience in Ford Harrison Lynnwood recently and decided not to buy from this dealer ever. After initial negotiations, the Sales Manager - Eric - gave me a call on 7/15/2023 stating he agreed to the Selling Price of $43500 at 2.9% interest for Ford Mustang Mach-E Select AWD, so as scheduled I went down to Ford Harison Lynnwood on 7/16/2023 afternoon with my family. Even when the numbers were discussed with Eric , I confirmed the interest rate and he kept on saying its 2.9% considering my down payment of $10K for a selling price of $43.5K But then suddenly the finance manager Jacob shows up and says the interest rate will be around 6% , that too after already running my credit check and knowing that my score is 745+ The finance manager Jacob refused to sell the car to us at $43.5K and 2.9% . Nothing wrong with that had it not hit my credit . I thought the people in there are professionals and will honor their commitments especially after running my credit check and getting a score of 745+. In all my experiences of buying cars and talking to all dealers I haven't found such unprofessional behavior and tendency to cheat customers after hitting their credit check. If this is how you intend to run your business , good luck to you. We are out of it !!

I made an appt on line, specifying the services I needed and my appt was made 3 weeks prior to arrival. When I showed up, I was told "I made the wrong appt" and I could only have an oil change, despite all the requested services being clearly listed. The staff were professional but offered no resolution. I contacted Harris Ford management and simple shared my disappointment as I was seeking more than an oil change and had noted services requested. Simply said, they made it right. They contacted me and got the services done. I was impressed and grateful for the quick service recovery. I would go to five stars if the service staff showed appreciation and gratitude for their patrons. They were professional as I said earlier, however don't seem to offer a natural attitude of "wanting my business". If they could focus on that, it would really make me want to take my truck there, as no one knows Ford trucks and their service needs like a Ford dealer.

Saw an F150 I wanted. I live 4hrs away. Told me they would hold it for me. I offered to send a check for the down but they said it wasn't necessary. Needed the name of finance company for my insurance in the meantime. Waited 4 days. Salesman never called. When I finally did, I was told the truck was loaned out to a customer because they ran out of loaners ! ?????????? I requested pictures of the truck and odometer when it FINALLY came back. Never got them. It was gone a week. Didn't notice till I got home the truck had over 500 extra miles on it than what was advertised. I was told the mileage is sometimes not always accurate in the ad. When i spoke to a manager, he brushed me off. First and last time I come here.

I was so excited to go to Ford to buy a new truck. I wanted the very best and wanted all the options. I found a 2018 Ford F-150 Limited that I fell in love with. Well that was the case when I test drove it. When I was working with the salesman he indicated to me that all the used vehicles are tested and everything is fixed before they put them out for sale. I have owned the truck for 7 days as of today. I called in on the 3rd day I owned it to get it in for a few issues I have been having with this truck. ( You would think as a newer top of the line truck for Ford that it would work great) I was told by the women I called that someone would be calling me back in a day or so to discuss the issues I was experiencing. I have not heard back from anyone. I called in again and was told someone would reach out and still have not heard back. I stopped at Ford yesterday and spoke with someone and they told me the service manager would be reaching out to me. I still have not heard back. I called in today and was sent to a voicemail machine. This is just unacceptable. I just spent almost 60K at the dealership and I am having problems with my BRAND NEW purchase and no one is responding. I am having problems with the transmission acting up. It is extremely jerky and shifts extremely rough. I almost got into a car accident due to the transmission. I have had passengers say they feel like they are getting whiplash. Also this morning as I pulled out of my driveway and then put the truck in drive it stalled in 4th gear and just stopped I pushed the gas and it would not go. I put it in park then back into drive and it was shifting ok but super jerky. It needs to be fixed. Also when I first start the truck there is a strange clinking nose coming from the engine. Once the truck is warmed up it will go away but that is a concern. I also am having problems with the sliding foot step on the passenger side it will not come out every time the passenger opens the door same with the back door. I am also having problems with the locks. The doors will not unlock or lock in the back of the truck. I am also having problems with the steering wheel when I run over a line the steering wheel should vibrate and it does not. Also when I put the truck in reverse it jerks really bad. SO I really don't know what to do. I bought a 4 year warranty with the truck and I hope these issues can be address. I just need someone to help me. Ford was so gun hoe to take my money and then they just don't care after that point. I need help I don't know what to do. I need my money back or a new truck or my truck fixed like I wanted but again no one seems to care or want to respond. Back story I have been shopping for a new truck for two years now. I test drove a GMC Sierra a Cadillac Escalade a Chevy Silverado High Country and a Toyota Tundra and then the Ford F-150 Limited and fell in love with the Ford. However I would have not purchased this vehicle if I had known all the issues I would be experiencing with no help from Ford. I thought going to Ford a bigger dealership if I ran into a problem it would be easy for them to address. That is just not the case. I may change my review once I can figure out what Ford is going to do. As of now though a 2 star is better then I should give. I had a good experience with the sales manager and my sales rep. The service side of the company has not been good. I hope this review will help others make the right decision when purchasing a vehicle from Ford in Lynnwood.
