Carla & Franklin were great!! I brought my special needs daughter to have her ears pierced & they were so patient, compassionate & professional. They went above & beyond to help make her feel safe & comfortable before they proceeded. She loves her new earings. She didn't cry or even bat an eye after they were done. They did a fantastic job. We're definitely giving them our business again in the future!

I was impressed with the quality of service by the sales associate and the prices for the quality of jewelry are really reasonable. I will be using Banter for future jewelry needs for sure!

I had my daughters ear’s pierced here and the ladies were so super sweet and did an amazing job. They have a great selection of earrings for all ages. Highly recommend for little ones ear piercings…

Yesterday we went to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. The lady was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. There was a nice selection of earings to have your ears pierced with. My daughter is happy! Thank you Piercing Pagoda!

I’ve never written bad reviews and usually just let things slide, but this place is the worst. The worst customer service. I was waiting in line to be helped while another customer was in front of me and as soon as that customer finished and let, the lady who was helping that customer just kept busy and avoided eye contact with me.There was another customer behind me who she decided to help while I was still waiting for her. A soon as that customer also left she said someone will be with me and walked to the other side to help another customer. As I was still waiting another lady saw a family behind me and decided to help them. Mind you I was in line first again. I stood there for a good five minutes with no help and I finally walked away, because at this point I was mad. There was about 4-5 ladies working and they all acted like they didn’t notice me. Clearly they didn’t like colored person. Whoever the manager/owner is definitely needs to check the works are actually doing the jobs they are paid for.

The actual piercing process was fine, but my earring 3 weeks in got sucked into my ear to the point I could barely see the earring anymore, I call concerned, the employee gave me no actual help, rushed me off the phone and just told me to “take it out” ?? Um what part of its inside my ear don’t you understand. Basically if you aren’t buying something right then and there you are useless to them and will be no help.

Seems like their customer service switches once you go to return or replace a damaged item. After getting warranty for a damaged necklace, I was told the warranty doesn’t cover “intentionally damaged items”. Like I “intentionally made the necklace change color after wearing it a few times!! I was asked to buy another warranty if I wanted a replacement. Meanwhile I still have a years worth of warranty left on my purchase. The decision later changed to, “it only changed color, it’s not damaged so we can’t replace it. It may be you skin is sensitive to the necklace” ??♀️

Safe ur money and time and don't go here. 3 ladies in their mid life crisis work here and would not care for their customers. ESP. That curly heavy chick!! Poor thing. I booked my appointment yesterday 2-18-2021 for 4pm. They took my name and my phone number. I walked around the mall with my friend shop around until 4pm I checked my phone no txt or phone call so we walked back there. And stood right by the counter no other customers were there jus us standing and waiting for that one heavy curly hair chick to check us in. She look at us and act like we were invisible to her. I waved at her, she just ignore me. Along with her two coworker and this blond chick I think she was the manager. They just kept talking and laughing like again we were invisible. So I said f it let's go somewhere else I booked my appointment online at deep roots. And got my ear pierced done right away! These mid life crisis ladies are unprofessional for their age!!

We took our 18 month old and 5 month old girls to get their ears pierced at Piercing Pagoda. The staff was so patient with our oldest daughter. She was the harder of the two. Also, when we discovered they accidentally pierced her with the January birthstone instead of her July birthstone, the manager gave us the correct pair of earrings without charge. Thank you!

worse customer service. conflicting information. Alison not helpful at all. she told me online service and customer service are not the same, therefore she cannot honour what the online assistant said. contradicted her self when i tried to swap out a damaged item I received 2 days ago. won't be returning here. its the worst.

I had a LOVELY experience at the piercing pagoda- everyone was kind, friendly- just felt like a group of “good people.” My ears were pierced by Carla, the manager- I was a little nervous because I had scar tissue from reconstruction surgery, but she made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and it was a very easy process. Uuuggh! I love this place- everyone was just so sweet!!

Horrible customer service! Arrived at counter at 9:55am and found exactly what I wanted to buy. No need to try on- just wanted to purchase. The woman behind counter never looked up and after a few minutes I said "excuse me may I purchase something" she stated we don't open until 10:00. In my mind I'm thinking the two minutes must make a difference. I left and went to another store. Came back at 10:05 and stood there for 7 minutes she never looked up. She continued to flip through receipts. She was leaning over counter with her "plumbers crack" showing. Not attractive. I guess you have enough business and don't need to sell any merchandise.
