Before you decide to buy something from Pagoda Piercing, make some research..., Reddit has some real review comparing to google review.... Their product quickly is unacceptable and their service is unacceptable too.... After my golden necklace ($200) broke twice, they refunded to exchange it and they called security mall to step away from them..... I didn’t get any refund!!!!!!

My recent encounter with Banter's customer service left much to be desired, to say the least. I was met with indifference and frustration when attempting to resolve an issue with a purchase. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested in my concerns and offered little assistance in addressing the issue at hand. Instead of working towards a solution, they seemed more focused on passing the buck and shifting responsibility elsewhere.

Took my 15 year old to get his ears pierce. Franklin did a great job explaining the process and the options on the earrings.
Very satisfied. Will come back for sure and recommended.

I hesitantly, went to banter for the first time yesterday. I was so surprised with the service, friendliness, knowledge and professionalism provided by Tiana. Both Tiana and Franklin were very welcoming. I felt more like a friend then just a customer. Great job Banter!!

Carla & Franklin were great!! I brought my special needs daughter to have her ears pierced & they were so patient, compassionate & professional. They went above & beyond to help make her feel safe & comfortable before they proceeded. She loves her new earings. She didn't cry or even bat an eye after they were done. They did a fantastic job. We're definitely giving them our business again in the future!

Yesterday we went to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. The lady was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. There was a nice selection of earings to have your ears pierced with. My daughter is happy! Thank you Piercing Pagoda!
