I can see why this place gets a one star review. Went to pick up my mothers antibiotics at the drug store we asked them to be sent to. The store never received the order. Then I found out it was sent to another store but they didn't fill it because they are out of network. I called the Kaiser pharmacy and told them I'd pick it up there. They said they had to retrieve it from the other store and they would call me back but they never did. 6 days later I still have no prescription

Incompetent staff. Cannot do simple math and fill number of pills needed. Waited for over one hour. These are ill people and should not have to wait so long.

I don’t know why this pharmacy is rated so low,I’ve been going there since the early 90’s. Idk if my mom ever had trouble getting my prescriptions but I know I never have and I’ve never waited that long or had any trouble dealing with the pharmacists.

Kaiser used to be a great medical center when they where group health, I've been a member for 30+ years.. Kaiser is full of incompetent admins and doctors to scared to do anything (had to go to UW to have my surgery as the surgeon at Kaiser kept insisting everything was fine)

This pharmacy is aweful. Let me count the ways:1: making mr waint 90 mimutes only to tell me they couldnt fill my kids adhd medication2: working as S L O W as humanly possible.3: refusing to do just a little bit if work to help an OBVIOUS post op patient dispose of the catheter nerve block bag....after I was told that they would. "Oh, thats a totally different department. Its the lab." Uhh...what? Since when does the lab dispose of used medicine.

I have never been more mislead than by the people here. Kaiser could care less if it's customers died. It's just about the money. They will nickel and dime $30 from you while while providing zero service. If you really want your health to decline, well then I recommend this place, otherwise run, and run from Kaiser. Y0u deserve to be treated like a human, go elsewhere!

I had the worst experience at this location smh they stated to me they had to order my inhalers should be there the next day got off early to pick my inhaler up wasn't there they mailed to me without even telling me an then my inhalers never arrived BY MAIL!!! Had to call ? them to find out they was supposed to check ✔ with me about a price an they NEVER CALLED me about it sooo now my inhalers are coming in 3 days VERY DISAPPOINTING ? ?

The worst pharmacy ever. The line is always long and there’s only one person helping patients at the counter. Don't try to refill and pick up your prescription on the same day as you will end up wasting your whole day here.I don't usually leave an online review, but I've had such a bad experience with this pharmacy for the past few months which makes me so frustrated to leave this review. I always have to refill my prescription and then come back the next day or a few day later to pick up the medication which is very inconvenient. There were times I tried to wait hoping they can get the medication ready shortly after refill but always ended up leaving with nothing after an hour of waiting.After leaving this review, somebody from Kaiser contacted me to discuss the issue. It's great that they are trying to take feedback from the patients, but they were also trying to tell me it was the medication program that I have causes the delay. I would not have said anything if it was just a one time thing but many times. They know that the service is very slow, but they don't try to solve the problem from the cause. Trying to apologize won't fix anything. The management has to review the way this pharmacy runs and makes it more productive. Otherwise, patients will all go elsewhere.
