“Hands-down, the BEST PawnShop on the east side if not the entire PNW. Owner Ryan is an amazing guy, he’s very knowledgeable, honest , and really knows his stuff. I live nearby and never knew this place excited until yesterday. It was my first time there and I don’t think I’ll ever step foot into another pawnshop again. Ryan really took good care of me, not to mention provided great advice. “Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”

“I had to pawn some jewelry I have that belonged to my parents who have passed away to help my family get by after my husband broke his foot and was unable to work and I lost my job. I have stressed myself out of fear of losing it because of how easy it is to forget the deadline and how high the interest charge can get. This the first pawn shop that has called to remind me of my deadline, so that was the first pleasant surprise. The second was Max when I came in. He was so polite and helpful. He went out of his way to figure up what my best options were and he really helped put me at ease about not losing my heirlooms. He was very knowledgeable about my options and explained everything in detail very clearly. Everyone at this store is always so nice and attentive anytime I’m here but Max truly topped them all with his exceptional customer service. Such an amazing staff is obviously a direct result of a great management team preparing their team properly through training and by setting examples of high standards.”

“Hes always been Fair on the prices and he is extremely lenient on the time that you have to pick the item up. multiple times he allowed my girlfriend to pay just the fee for the item and the interest when she was multiple days late on picking up an item. most other places would have sold it and made a buck, he is honest and the best pawn shop that I've ever used by far”
