This is the THIRD time I have bought something from this location and they left the inventory control tag on!! I live 20 minutes North of Lynnwood so it costs me my time and my gas not to mention it’s annoying when you are looking forward to wearing your new hoodie the next day and can’t!! Not cool

This is a review for the Alderwood mall in Lynnwood location. My kids always like to go here, so yes I’m old. It’s always clean and organized. I am reviewing because literally every time I’ve ever been in, I’ve not been asked if I need help… I’ve also never heard any sales associate ask if anyone else needs help. They must really focus on training for the register, stocking and cleaning, no customer service skills at all. It’s not even busy when I’m in there usually and they still never ask, you could be struggling trying to reach an item and they look right at you and turn around, it happened today. It’s never been the same employee that’s this way because we only go to that store like 6 times a year. They just all act like you aren’t there until you go to the register then they casually ring you up. It’s a weird vibe when right across in the mall is Zumiez where they all say, hi welcome in! and every single sales associate asks if you need help.

The store had a customer capacity of 5 people which is understandable during corona but we had to wait an hour and a half in line to get in. With in two minutes of being in the store the employees asked us to hurry up and they were not respectful.

I bought a t-shirt for my boyfriend on December 19th - it didn't fit him so I went to return the following Saturday (December 21st) the tag was not on there - no where on the receipt does it say tags have to be attached for a return.

Nice employees and good selection. They seemed a bit understaffed though, as the store and fits area were quite busy. Was standing in line for a while for change room for a good 10-15 minutes only for them to find out that one of their change rooms had been empty the whole time. Sale section looked so chaotic I didn't even browse, and there were messy piles throughout the store. I don't blame the staff though, just think the store itself should allocate more of their budget to have more staff/give more hours.
