I recently had a car issue and I pulled into O’Reillys and talk to Jordan. He was able to go above and beyond to help me and it was so much appreciated. Otherwise I would’ve been stuck at O’Reilly’s in the parking lot. Jordan thank you very much. You were fantastic.

I needed to have my car battery checked and changed. It was really quick and only took 15 minutes for the whole process. Jordan was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend and ask for Jordan!

Jordan was such a pleasure to get to meet. He was extremely helpful! I thought i was having battery problems but after Jordan taking the time to test my battery, it turned out that my car starter needed to be replaced. When the part wasn’t in stock Jordan went above and beyond to help locate the part needed. He was even kind enough to help send me the direction of someone who could get my car fixed. Thank you so much!

Jennifer Rocks! Excellent Customer Service! I can always get what i need here, even when not one dealership in the country has brake rotors for new trucks I can count on these guys to get me the right parts 95% of the time which is more than I can say for any other parts store. Jennifer was really helpful today. Thank you

They can be helpful when they get the order right. The past few times, I went to pick up an order and they were not the things that got paid for, so I had to go back and redo the order, at least they were pleasant about it. Maybe next time? Lol

My husband and I just left and I couldn't believe what I witnessed. While we were shopping around the only two employees there, left the store to go outside to vape and talk on their cell phones. Not to mentioned they were swearing up a storm the whole time we were there. So unprofessional and rude. Never asked if we needed help. While they were outside leaving the store unattended the phone was ringing.
