Went to this location, bought items and was trying to use the small rewards that's accumulated for buying with them. Requested to use because he confirmed that there is 5 dollars. Then he proceeds to look for the coupon or text. Lol I've used it in some location before and they did not look for it. It's already showing up in their end. Common 5 dollars is just something that would make your customers day happy and yet you don't honor it.

I went to this location and bought brake parts from one of the employees named Nick, who informed me that he could replace my brakes in the parking lot behind the store. This was approved by the manager according to him. So after I paid for the pads and rotors he proceeded to work on my car in the store parking lot behind the store. After working on the brakes for 45 minutes he stated that he wouldn't have enough time to put my rear brakes on, even after two other employees came back to oversee what he was doing. He asked me could I come back another day and I told him no. Also, I had paid for the pads and rotors also. So I only got my front brakes and rotors put on and I was visibly upset as the job wasn't complete. So I expressed displeasure about the honesty over the entire situation and he stated that he didn't care. Also, he mentioned to me that he had just got out of jail and would just refund me for the other rotors I had paid for. I will never go to this location again and O'Reilly's should be ashamed of themselves for this type of representation.
Update- I reached out to the customer satisfaction team and was told that I would hear from a District Manager and I have yet to hear from anyone.

Hiring manager should do better at filtering out lazy people. Came in after work and saw someone behind the counter on the far left [away from registers, not wearing a company shirt] on his personal phone talking to someone to "drill a hole in his exhaust" for him. After sitting there for 5 minutes the phone kept ringing which brought out someone from the back whereby the younger kid took it as his cue to hang up, walk to a register and ask me if I was being helped.. When I asked if he was serious as he had been on his phone the entire time while I sat at the register with the item to be rang up his response was simply "you were sitting there saying nothing". I legitimately had no idea he was an employee by his lack of uniform and [evidently] ability to perceive when a customer wants to pay
