Good prices for tires but told me I'd be waiting 30 mins for an alignment. I waited for just over an hour and a half then decided I'd just pay for my tires then go home. Then they had the nerve to try to get me to pay ahead of time for the alignment after making me wait for over 90 minutes with 0 communication. Sorry but I'm not coming back.

I had four new summer tires installed on my Lexus wheels to replace the winter tires. I used a credit card, and was charged an additional 10 percent. I did not really mind this as I thought that I was still getting a good deal. But, I later realized they do not torque lug nuts with a lug wrench. They overtorqued my lug nuts with an air powered torque wrench at a very high setting, which I could not get off. So, I had Les Schwab remove the lug nuts and ended up paying $100 to get the locking lug nuts off as they could not get them off with the key! I am glad that I did not get stranded later with a flat tire.I highly recommend against going to Omar's for tires or service.

Good riddence schwab! I barely had time to tell them what I wanted. They just got straight to work! They demounted 2 tires; then mounted and balanced 4 tires in less than 20 minutes! They even dealt with the tire slime from my old cracked wheel. Yuk! The Lynnwood crew is amazing! Saved me 8 hours of my day waiting at les schwab or discount. Go here.

Short version: they don't care enough to do a good job - sloppy and can't be bothered/know how to balance a wheel. Cannot recommendWas driving by and decided to give Omar's a try since I like supporting smaller independent shops that do good work. This is not that kind of shop.Came in with my own tire, which is asymmetric, and asked how much to mount + balance and dispose of the old one. Price was good so I said OK. They finished very quickly, I left and shortly after noticed that they installed the tire inside out.Went back, first guy (manager?) asks what the problem is and tells me it doesn't matter because the tire is not directional. This is factually not the case - asymmetric tires can be designed with an outer and an inner side, eg. the manufacturer says about this tire "Expect responsive high speed handling and dry performance thanks to closed outside shoulder ribs" and that's why the tire is marked "OUTSIDE" on one side and "INSIDE" on the other, even though it can roll in either direction. Also the DOT manufacturing codes are only stamped on the outside and thus not visible if the tire is reversed.I tell the first guy that the tire is designed to have an outside and inside so it matters. He waves over the 2nd guy, who installed it in the first place, and the whole thing repeats: 2nd guy tells me it doesn't matter, I tell him it does. Finally he agrees to fix it.He sullenly starts lifting my car with a floor jack and after raising it a few inches off the ground it slips off the jack, which was positioned too deeply (this left a mark on the jack point but could have been REALLY BAD if it had slipped after the wheel was already off).He jacks it up again and takes the wheel off, removes and replaces the tire and rolls it back over to me. I am watching the whole time and can see that he never even tried to balanced it at all. I ask him to balance it and he says "it's already balanced" which is odd because I know that the tire has a patch and he never even spun it to test after remounting, so how exactly can that be. At this point I don't want these guys working on my stuff anymore so I say nothing, they guy puts my wheel back on, goes back to his chair and resumes scrolling on his phone. Sorry to disturb you, bud.Now I have go to a shop I trust and pay extra to have it balanced.I would not let these guys touch my car again even if they were charging 50% less than anyone else, and I was lucky I didn't go in there to get any significant work done.

Im giving 5 stars when I had little income they really helped me out, and when I had a good income they still had decent prices they stored my tires till the spacers came and put them on without additional charges. I have had no problems with the quality of work either I would recommend them to any family member. they are a business, and need to make money but from what I’ve seen they care about their customers.

After suffering a blowout, the team at Omar's took care of my truck quickly, presented me options for tire replacement and charged me a fair price.

o stars!! I went in there a month ago because my nephew said he got 2 good tires for 60.00 there. well they charged me $80.00! I needed a wheel alignment too and they said they would do it for $80. since I bought two tires. I brought my car in the next day and they were real busy so I left my car there and told them I would come back before they close. It started to rain and rained all afternoon, when I came back to get my car it was still in the same place and it was dry under my car. I went inside to pay, they asked me how much did they tell me? i told them they said it would be $80.00 and i paid and left. As soon as I drove off I could tell they did nothing to my car! They never touched it! I was so mad! It was only 6:30 they close at 7 so i try calling but it just rings and rings, no answer. as soon as they open the next morning I call them and I am really mad, they say the alignment machine was not working right yesterday but it is fixed now to bring the car back and they will redo it. oh, and I had to put my donut wheel on because one of the tires i bought from them went flat! they said they cant do a wheel alignment because my tire rod? is bent and to get the part and they will put it on for $120.00!! (why didn't they tell me that the day before when they so called did my alignment and charged me?) well I ordered the part from Amazon and had a friend put it on and took my car back for the wheel alignment. It is a month later now, my car runs crappy, if i make a sharp right turn, it scrapes my fender and it is making a rattling sound AND i have to keep putting air in the tire that they replaced when the one I just bought from them went flat! they don't speak much english but that doesn't bother me, the fact that they were not friendly, I felt like I was a pain in their a--!! If you value your car, don't go there, especially if you are a woman! I paid them $160.00 for basically 1 USED tire!!

These guys are awesome! We were in Everett looking at cars to buy and coming out of a steep dealership driveway my car bottomed out and bent a bracket and my exhaust into my driveline. I just happened to pull into their business and asked if they could help and they dropped what they were doing, put my car on their lift and removed the bent bracket and bent my exhaust back down. When they were done I had to practically force them to take a $20. Thank you guys so much, I wish I wouldn’t have been in such a hurry or I would have bought tires too ( I need them).

They quoted me 200 for my offroad tires which weighs 83lbs per one. They quoted me 200 for all 4 install and balance. I asked if they could do 150 cash and they asked me if I am going to take the tire back with me. I said if it makes it cheaper sure. They agreed on 150 for all 4. They only balanced the front two and I asked why so, they said its because I paid 150. They wanted me to pay 200 for the rear ones balanced too. They just LIED to me while quoting. They shouldve been clear. Never coming back again. They treat their customers so unprofessional.

Have to give a very hearty THANK YOU to the guys at omars tire center this Sunday 9/17 who saved my family today. We left a local dealership that had a terrible hump to the road entrance which knocked the exhaust out of alignment on our vehicle and sent it into the driveline. We were barely able to limp the car to the nearest place we thought would have tools we could borrow which happened to be omar's. They saw us and our 3 children in need and did not hesitate for one second, the owner told us to put the car on their lift, 2 of his guys got their tools and shifted the exhaust in 10 mins so we could drive safely home. They didn't ask for any payment in return, but my husband insisted they take $20 for their time. This kind of caring and generosity is so refreshing in today's world, they could have easily taken advantage of our plight but instead gave with a generous heart and our family was extremely greatful!

I had the most disheartening and disapproved experience at Omar’s Tire Shop that I feel compelled to communicate. If you genuinely care about the condition of your vehicle and your personal safety, I strongly advise against considering this establishment for any of your automotive needs. In the hopes of a straightforward alignment service, I visited Omar’s Tire Shop. However, what unfolded was far from satisfactory. Instead of receiving a well-executed alignment, I received my car back in a condition that was not only unsatisfactory but also posed a serious risk to my safety. The car’s handling was compromised to a degree where driving it became a hazardous task, leaving me both frustrated and deeply concerned.Unfortunately, my grievances didn’t end there. The visit not only cost me money but also an enormous amount of time. I spent three hours at the shop, only to leave with a car that was in a worse state than when I first arrived. The level of disappointment and frustration I experienced was unprecedented.I want to emphasize to anyone even remotely considering Omar’s Tire Shop that the glaring lack of professionalism, subpar work quality, and apparent disregard for customer safety are matters that cannot be ignored. This experience has led me to share my story, hoping that others will be spared from a similar ordeal and can make more informed decisions about where to take their business. In light of this encounter, I am committed to taking my automotive needs elsewhere – to a place that values the integrity of both their services and their customers. It is disappointing that Omar’s Tire Shop has fallen so short of expectations, and I believe it is essential for consumers to hold businesses accountable for the quality of service they provide.

Terrible place. Maybe the price is good but don’t let that fool you. Went to get tires. 3 tires the same 4th is different. Even tho they said all the same. Tires barely have treat left. Also they broke 3 of my lug nuts. Even tho I told them to use the ranch first then the impact they didn’t listen they did it their way. Literally the day before I painted my wheels black all all wheel had not a single scratch. When they put the tires they hit the wheel with hammer and there’s a chip on the wheel and they are saying they didn’t do it. Plus on tire has a rip on the side. Please don’t go here. Pay a bit more but will get way better service.

No Bueno. Horrible. Sold Me the wrong size tire after I specifically told him what size I needed in English. Had to stand around a long time before anyone even acknowledged my presence at the open shop door. I had been going here since they first opened. NEVER again. Cabrones
