They did not have any of the shoes we came for. They also had no white sole shoes for kids as required by school to have non marking shoes. They also had no matching sweat suits with out tapered leg. However the gentleman's customer service was awesome and he tried really hard to help us find alternatives and was really polite

I popped into New Balance to check out the 327s since I’ve seen them on all the cool kids feet. The sweetest young man, Alexander, helped me and I ended up with not one pair of shoes, but 2! Alexander even analyzed my feet with some very high tech machinery and expert knowledge! I would highly recommended this store and Alexander!

Great experience. The guy with the glasses and hair that reminds me of Milo thatch from Disney’s Atlantis was extremely helpful with the foot scan and style suggestions. While I ended up deciding on the trendy popular 327s it was really nice to try on his recommendations.

I tried twice to buy shoes there. I stood in there for 5 minutes each and not once was acknowledged by a Rep. I give up. I'll buy on Amazon. Easier returns with them anyway.

Great store with a wide collection and friendly staff. Chris helped scan my feet and found the right shoe for my needs. He was very patient and friendly throughout!

Stopped in trying to find some race day shoes for my marathon this month. Wanted to thank Chris so much for his time and attention when navigating such a busy store.They didn’t have the shoe size in stock but he did offer to order them. Im not local so it wasn’t an option but glad to know it’s possible. He scanned my feet (even though it was busy as hell) and took the time to walk me through my results. I learned so much and was just grateful to feel seen in a mall that I don’t normally get that experience in. Although no shoes were purchased today, I did take advantage of their great sale on some shorts and socks. Also wanted to note Tina did a great job too, I think that’s her name she had reddish hair and had a lot of insight.

I had a great customer support experience with Alexander Serra. He helped scan my feet to identify the arch support I need and got a ton of different shoes out for me to try. Super helpful and friendly!

I got to this store on Feb/3/2024 as soon as they opened.
I forgot to ask her name but she was super nice and helpful! I was able to grab what I want with her help.
I have purchased from this store before a couple of times, but she is the best!

I had a amazing experience getting fitted for some new shoes. The foot scanner they have is super cool and I didn't realize my true size. I just always thought shows were supposed to be uncomfortable until they break in. I was helped by an amazing young woman at this store and I walked out with some new kicks. Thank you!

Was very loud and crowded when there. The staff was doing their best, but I left without trying any shoes on. I did buy some at Nordstroms, which actually had a good staff to customer ratio.
