Rober has been an institution for decades. He's highly knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Rates are reasonable and service is easily 5 stars. I can't recommend him enough!
For my latest service he did a custom PC build for me and went above & beyond in making sure the tricky parts all worked together. It's been 2 months since I picked it up and it is still working flawlessly.

I have done business with NCC since the 1990s. I was introduced by my neighbor back then and it is my go to for anything computer related. They have always taken good care of me when I was in need of parts or work done on my devices. The owner is very good and always fair and affordable. You won't find a better computer repair or parts supply store anywhere.

Robert is great! He’s knowledgeable professional and easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem with my desktop rig and had me order a part that was installed quickly. Prides are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Super knowledgeable and honest. He recommended that I buy the part on Amazon and he would install it. He swapped out my motherboard and reseated my cpu in less than an hour. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

When my laptop decided to go poof on me, I looked up options and NCC was closest- I admit that was why they were my first choice- the location listed on google isn't accurate, but they were near enough and had good reviews. I'm glad the internet got it right this time! Robert was so informative and helpful about what was wrong with my computer, (he kinda chided me about how I could have avoided my issue haha, it was great) and after doing everything he could to save everything he could, he got it back up and running and gave me good lessons on how to keep it going in the future. He has a loyal customer now!

I accidentally broke a cord off in my computer display port. Took it here and they fixed it in under 3 minutes, and didn't even charge me. Definitely coming back here for all future computer issues/upgrades.

Second time I have used Bob's services. Outstanding and helpful. Computer was not starting up, needed a new mother board. He determined the problem, what I needed, and fixed me up all in 1 day. He has several large business clients that he takes care of, as well as the rest of us. He is the real deal, sharp, hard,-working, and fair.

I came for data recovery service for an old macbook pro that cannot be turned on, the owner is really nice, honest and professional, he asked me to bring my own external hard drive to save money. It took less than 24 hours to get all the data backed up and the cost was less than what he initially asked for. The price was literally the lowest among all the places I inquired but the service wasn't discounted at all. I would highly recommend this place.
