This branch is probably the worst branch I’ve been too. I deposited a check and still haven’t received my funds literally a whole week later. When I questioned them about it they made else wait almost an hour only to give any sort ofexplanation. If you’re in the Lynnwood area I recommend go with a different bank.

Had a wonderful experience at this location better than any other bank. They had a well dressed gentleman at the front standing to greet you to help you with your needs. I sat and waited where the place was very clean. Judith helped me out, she was kind and professional. When I said thank you, she actually thanked me. Made my trip to the bank painless. I appreciate the great service and dedication to their members.

Came in today to withdraw cash super simple transaction and the teller was rude giving my father and I a nasty look and she talked to us rudely didn’t even say thank you or anything - very unprofessional and rude.The teller on 6/21, eveningon CB: 2 Teller: C8431

They declined my membership application and the lady who works there told me she couldn’t tell if I’m in the military or not after providing my state and military ID. She unnecessarily asked for a third form of id like passport. She also mentioned the id I provided is not legit and the picture doesn’t look like me LOL. I’ve never had any issue with my id before, the id is almost five years old but all information is clear and easy to see. For some reason she continued to investigate the legitimacy of my id and partially destroyed it by peeling it off. Weird experience

I’m very thankful to have a branch located near me! I have been in several times over the past year to do anything from loan consolidation to CD purchases. Every time they have been thorough, patient and professional. Customer service at this branch is outstanding.

It should be known that if you don’t have a home and you are homeless and don’t update your address they will lock you out of your account until you update the address. Just an FYI before you choose this as your credit union

Waited only about 5 minutes on a Monday evening, and then was helped out by Judith who was super sweet and helpful!they did print me a debit card on-site, seems like that has been an issue for other people.

Sent here to get a debit card, nowhere shows the branch isn't open until mid October. Now I need to drive 35 minutes to the next one. The location needs to be tagged with something that let's you know it's useless until mid October
