Rude for no reason. Wasted 40 minutes driving to visit them. False advertising on OfferUp. They said they will negotiate at store but not through OfferUp messages. I went there. I was looking for luggage bags for one time use.They want me to buy heavily used bags with broken zips for 80% of brand new prices. When I asked for negotiation, he was rude and told I wasted his time (I am hardly 5 minutes in the store). He didn’t even negotiate.Shady business. Not trustworthy. Don’t waste their time by going there.

Went with friend to scope out couches and bedroom sets. Left with poor taste in our mouth. Non-existent customer service. He was very unprofessional, offensive and rude. Sketchy business practices, selling broken merchandise at retail price.

No return policy (even whrn purchased within days, warranty is sketchy and no price matching either. I got ripped off by at least $500.

Overpriced. For example they had one of the Ashley brand furniture marked at $899 but can give for $799, whereas on Ashley that's $799 already with included 5 years of warranty. When I inquired they said I shall be glad to get the same price (LOL what?). Why would I buy something from this junk store when the reviews clearly state they are not good at after sales service. I asked the price of a dining table where price tag wasn't there and they stated $6k with a dresser table where I can tell that stuff was not worth more than $2.5k. I liked one dining table which was marked $1100 (of course not worth more than $700) on which they said they can offer me $30 discount. That's the reason nobody purchased anything in the 1+ hr tour I had here. This place is a joke and I'd totally stay from it ?

if i could rate them zero stars i will, theycompletely detest black people, We wentthere and no body showed us aroundand as soon some white personcame they were all around showingthem stuff. My nephew was holding anempty juice box and the guy came rudelyand snatched it from him. it was like weare disgusting. i saw something i likedbut there is no way am buying anythingfrom them. the worst discriminatorycustomer service experience

Excellent experience with their knowledgeable staff. Great prices on great products. I did everything on line including hiring a service to deliver and setup.Probably the easiest decision I've had to make cause the prices were low.

The gentleman that runs this place also runs a U-Haul rental out of it he's very nice and very professional and it's so much easier to deal with him than the j*** who runs the U-Haul a couple miles south on highway 99. Do you do yourself a favor and never deal with you j*** at that U-Haul

Easiest furniture-buying experience we've ever had! Stock is on the floor, what you see is what you get, no need to wait long months for shipping. We went on a Saturday and had the couch in our condo by Sunday night. Good quality, great service, would definitely buy from here again.

I walked in planning on buying to recliners. The man in the store was so rude to me that I walked out. On a side note I bought two recliners that day at another store.
