But you get brand spanking new phones here for similar or better prices!It's a small shop tucked away around a corner with mostly "permit only" parking but don't let all that deter you.While in line, I met Vitaly, a loyal customer has bought all his phones in the past 8 years from Chavez. I met Mr. Chavez and he is easy to talk to, in both English and Spanish, and is very happy to help!My husband told me about this place and we'll both probably get our future phones from Chavez from here on out! “Malcolm was an amazing help. Extremely polite every time we were in the store and exceptionally knowledgeable as well as helpful. I had a very tedious on going interaction with att trying to upgrade a phone these last two days and not only did Malcolm jump right up as soon as he saw us walk in he also remembered us in what felt like warm regards from the day before and was able to swiftly help us finalize the upgrading process. He also had a vast amount of knowledge about how the interworkings of the company operates and was able to offer me a multitude of options to meet my needs. 10/10 probably one of the overall best experiences I have had in an att store.”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“The store's team was helpful in returning and refunding my newly purchased cell phone, cell plan, and wifi box. I got the feeling they have to handle such things often. The company as a whole I do not recommend though. I had nothing but one problem after another after I signed up: getting my devices on time (FedEx is a nightmare), getting customer service support over the phone without their robot hanging up on me, etc. Will not touch them with a 10 ft pole ever again.”

“Thank you for those who helped me today. I needed to replace the battery in my phone, and that was the reason why I went to this Apple Store. As soon as I walked in to the store, a young female staff helped me to check-in. I hope I write her name correctly, and I think her name was Katelin (?? could be Katelyn..??). She was very helpful and patient. As a part of check-in process, I had to type my icloud email address and password, but I just didn't remember my pw off hand. She helped me find the pw. During the check-in process, when I needed to type in any sensitive information, she was thoughtful to look away from my device. I appreciated her sensitivity, care and respect. She told me to be seated at 1 of the wooden stools, and very short while later, another staff named Jason (I hope I remember his name correctly...) helped me to start the process of replacing the battery. He was also very helpful and friendly, and made the whole process really easy and pleasant. The wait time for the battery replacement was less than 1 hour, just enough time for me to browse other shops within the mall, had some coffee, and I was able to pick up the phone about an hour in the same afternoon. The cost of service was a little shy of $77 ($69 + tax). Considering how short of the wait time it was, for me, this was a very easy and pleasant experience. There were 2 other staff I spoke with to ask some questions, and they, too were helpful. Thank you so much everyone... :)”
