I went to Minute clinic for the first time because I needed to get my blood drawn for school and they didn’t accept Kaiser insurance, which was unfortunate because I am a college student and depend on my insurance covering charges and the doctor/practitioner missed my vein completely when first inserting the needle causing the worst pain afterwards than any previous experience.

I recently went to CVS in Lynnwood, Wa., and had the most delightful experience with a nurse practitioner. She explained things very well, was the ultimate professional, and had such a sweet smile. Every single thing about my experience was so positive.

My first time to visit MinuteClinic and I had a great experience. My practitioner was fantastic, and overall it was fast and easy to sign up and check-in for my appointment. I received my COVID vaccination and was out of there in no time. I didn't realize how many services they provide! Will definitely go back if I need to.

My insurance was not billed and my card on file was immediately charged for almost $450. I only got the email statement saying that I even HAD a bill 34 hours later. I immediately filed my own claim with insurance who informed me MinuteClinic would either refund my money to my card or cut me a paper check in 45 days. All I have to do for the card refund is call in and confirm the last 4 digits of my card.
That might be acceptable if I could ever reach anyone on the phone. I have called every day for a week and sat on hold for hours, with the call never going through to anything except hold music and a robot telling me they value my call. Clearly not.
There is no alternate way to contact them listed on their website, so I'm stuck listening to the same 30 seconds of piano music for 45 days until my paper check arrives, I guess.
Staff were very polite and the facility was clean. Nevertheless, I will never be returning here. Do not go here.

We wanted to get Covid and flu boosters for our 2 year old before baby sis arrived and the pediatrician was not getting Covid in. Minuteclinic can do vaccines 6m and up and we were able to get him boosted in just a few days! Easy scheduling and fast vaccine administration. Thank you!

Great experience, my technician was going to go for a small break but she took me in as soon as she saw me and even though I’m a phlebotomist myself, I’m afraid of vaccinations…and she was super patient and empathetic with me, I’m super grateful to her !!
Much better than the one in Everett.

extremely disappointed with the clinic, booked an appointment online with available slot at evening, but as my fever was raising high, i decided to do walk in few hours before and went to the spot, and checked in at kiosk.
waited for half hour where the "nurse/doctor/PHD candidate" never bothered to even talk to me outside waiting. She seems to have assumed that i checked in for my evening appointment. absolutely ridiculous reason and she was free doing nothing in her cabin.

Had a fantastic experience with practitioner Cheyenne! My friend and I have been travelling and both got sinus infections. She was able to fit us both in. She was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and thorough. She got us both quick prescriptions for antibiotics and she personally showed me a couple other treatments to help me feel better. Very thankful for her!

Went there for a basic sports physical for my daughter. My 17 yr old daughter has been running cross country and track for years. This DR actually refused to sign the form after checkup was normal because in the medical history section, we indicated she had 2 minor concussions YEARS ago. I explained how both were followed by a DR visit at the time and daughter was checked and found to be ok. She has been running cross country, track and attending school since then with no issues. This CVS physician told us she would not clear her to run. I even tried reasoning with her saying this was a non contact sport. Maybe I could understand if someone had a history of concussions and they wanted to play football. The school form even allows the DR to specify which sports they are allowing the athlete to play. She said no, if she signed it, it meant she can play all sports which is NOT true according to the form. This CVS DR obviously has no knowledge of sports/athletes or common sense. I want a refund of the $75 I just wasted.

I came in today with my wife for a check up. My medicine prescription took 1 hr to reach the pharmacy which got cancelled n took another 1 hr to the pharmacy in the same building. It took me 3 hrs in total to pick a regular medication. Apparently doc never send the prescription.

Doctors here don’t try to find the solution to the actual problem but follow their standard bookish guidelines. I am dissatisfied and will have to go somewhere else to see another doctor.

Clinic is fine . If you have no other options.Went there for a physical check up . Didnt do a lot of test which goes into the routine physical. Also their online scheduling app is bad . Even with spots available, they dont let you take a slot
