Deserves 0 star. They wouldn't accept a return which i bought from the outlet store 30 miles north of this place. The response of the manager was callous and he had this "I DON'T CARE" attitude and literally felt like he made policies on the go. !

I had the pleasure of experiencing sheer customer obsession from the sales associate, Adrienne! Firstly, Adrienne introduced me to all the incredible Black Friday sale items, ensuring I received the absolute best deal. What truly stood out, though, was their unwavering commitment to making my shopping experience exceptional.I had been searching for a Michael Kors Hudson logo backpack for my husband, and luckily, there was a sale going on. Although the bag was not available in their store, Adrienne went the extra mile to assist me. They reached out to every Michael Kors store across the country until they located the bag I desired at a store in Miami. The very next day, Adrienne reached out to inform me that they could arrange for the bag to be shipped to my location, and I could make a secure payment online. This level of dedication and determination was truly above and beyond what I expected. Thank you, Adrienne, for making this shopping experience truly exceptional!

If you visit this store, ask for Jaime or Rosa. They are incredible and so fun to shop with. They will make your shopping experience feel very personal and pick out pieces that you would never pick for yourself, and they will look great on you. Trust their advice and the process, and happy shopping!

Went into this store at Alderwood Mall with my girlfriend to look at some boots. The associate in the store was full of great information about shoes and boots from Michael Kors in general. I was a little surprised how much she knew about all of the footwear and the company. Made me wish that all the stores had associates like that!

I like the Michael Kors store in Alderwood for a good selection of women's shoes. Always a pleasure to buy shoes as a gift for my wife in this store. Also, great customer service in the store.
