Brought in a car for repair the condition that it was returned was it was really v weird it wouldn't shift right there electronics were tweaking and then was offered a quote for $6900 in repairs and they suggested in just buy a new one instead

September - I had a great experience with Brandon from the service department. My van threw an error code and because I live very far away I needed a loaner van in a short timeframe. He was able to get me a van and on my way back to Hansville all with in an hour. If it wasn’t for him I would have to pay for a tow over the ferry. He save me time and money. Much appreciated Brandon!December - Well 3 month later I'm going to have to rebute my 5 star review to a 0. I have been told for months that the part is on back order and they can't get it. I decided to start calling dealerships. I found a relatively local dealership in Fife had 10 on hand. Are you kidding me! My van has been parked at the service center for 3 month and I have been able to travel out of state with this loaner, witch I'm currently in need to travel to Idaho to see my ill mom and I have also communicated that to my service rep. I'm extremely bothered by this. I did their job. How is this possible? Don't waste you time. Go somewhere else. In fact, look at a ford van instead.

Had a bit of an issue with my car and had it towed into the Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. Pick up was smooth and the service center was highly communicative through the entire process. Thank you Garrett for being such a great case manager. The service was done quickly and thoroughly. I was able to text Garrett with any questions during the service time and he got back to me right away that I didn't feel lost at any point. I am safely back on the road! Let's go MB Lynwood

We take our fleet vehicles here to keep them running well. Very easy to get appointments set up. All work seems to be done well, I can't remember the last time any service had to be redone.

I had a fantastic experience working with Yaroslav on my recent purchase of EQS 580. Yaroslav was very collaborative, transparent, and prompt throughout the purchase process. I especially loved how Yaroslav went over all aspects of the EQS at delivery time and followed up to make sure that we reached home safely. Overall, the purchase experience at MB Lynnwood was pleasant and pressure-free. I highly recommend MB Lynnwood!

As a first time MB Owner, and ordering a brand-new 'custom build' we had many questions & concerns in the course of the few months transacting with MB of Lynnwood. We can honestly say everyone in this establishment genuinely cares about their customer's experience at every turn. While the order took a few months to fulfill on the factory-side in Germany as it was a custom-build - it finally got delivered to us - and to our utmost surprise - a month or so early for that matter.Huge Shout-out to the following:John Bang and Kevin Lee, our Salespeople were always available to chat, quick to respond to emails & texts and made sure our concerns and worries were addressed to our satisfaction and to our delight.Christopher Wright, Sales Manager did an amazing job at every turn to make this transaction the best deal possible and at every corner made several concessions to satisfy our needs & wants. When the car arrived a month early our previously arranged financial planning on our end at home got thrown off quite a bit, thru no one's fault - but Christopher understood our anxiety and not only gave us a couple of extra weeks of grace period to rearrange our financing he also made the numbers most favorable (again) so can we meet our financial obligations with greater ease on delivery-date.Casey Smith in the Service Team was quite knowledgeable and ready to answer all of our questions about our future service needs and costs so we can plan and budget accordingly.John MacFarlane in Finance took plenty of time to explain all of our financing options and clearly spelled out our Extended Warranty and Pre-Paid Maintenance options. Casey is the go to service advisor! Hands down! He goes up and over expectations and gets things done. First off he is a really good listener to find out one's issues with their Mercedes Benz.. I bring all my cars to him cause I know everything will get done the RIGHT way. Then he is very prompt when returning calls or answering any kind of questions concerning one's vehicle. I could really write a book about how well he is attentive to his guest. If you need a service advisor that cares about your car like it's his, he's the go to guy tell him J sent you! They were able to resolve all of the issues I had required service for (at least for now) literally in ten minutes. Very solid work. Referred me directly to a locksmith who responded same day. Sold me a missing part. Checked my brakes on the spot.

This is the only MB shop that I can trust to do work on my AMG M157 Engine. If you are in the Seattle or surrounding areas; it will be well worth your time to take your MB to this location if you have an AMG engine. Shout out to the Service Crew at MB or Lynnwood. Excellent Team!

My husband and I just bought our first Mercedes here and were thrilled with the experience. Sean Y was our salesman - and we just loved him! He was so patient and down to earth - we never felt pressured or hurried. Also, as a woman, I never felt excluded or spoken down to, which I appreciated. Once we found the vehicle for us, Mindy in finance gave us her undivided attention, sharing her incredible expertise to get all of the details of the deal just right.
