Brought in a car for repair the condition that it was returned was it was really v weird it wouldn't shift right there electronics were tweaking and then was offered a quote for $6900 in repairs and they suggested in just buy a new one instead

Had a bit of an issue with my car and had it towed into the Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. Pick up was smooth and the service center was highly communicative through the entire process. Thank you Garrett for being such a great case manager. The service was done quickly and thoroughly. I was able to text Garrett with any questions during the service time and he got back to me right away that I didn't feel lost at any point. I am safely back on the road! Let's go MB Lynwood

This is the best car experience you will ever have.The entire staff here is amazing from when you drop of your car and thru out the entire service.I bought my pre certified glk350 here almost 10 years ago. Delivery Drivers be Aware of this Dealership! Manager of this Dealership forces Delivery Drivers to Park in the Middle of the Road, in order to Deliver cars and vans to this Dealership. In the USA it is Illegal to Park in The Middle of the Road, on the Road Meridian and Do Delivery. Also it is Dangerous! Dealership has to provide space and signs on their Property by Law, for the Delivery Drivers to know where to Safely Deliver cars and vans to a Dealership.

Mercedes Benz C300 was the only car I ever wanted and since this was my first car, I was a little nervous as this was the biggest investment of my life. However, in came Kat and she made every process super easy to understand. She tracked down the car with the exact build I wanted and was super responsive to all my emails. Right from the first inquiry email to handing me the keys of the car, I was never in doubt that I was dealing with consummate professionals. No markups and got a fair price for my new car. They were also helpful in finding different financing options for me too. Kat has my highest recommendation if you’re looking for a new Mercedes. You will be in good hands. :)

As a first time MB Owner, and ordering a brand-new ‘custom build’ we had many questions & concerns in the course of the few months transacting with MB of Lynnwood. We can honestly say everyone in this establishment genuinely cares about their customer’s experience at every turn. While the order took a few months to fulfill on the factory-side in Germany as it was a custom-build - it finally got delivered to us - and to our utmost surprise - a month or so early for that matter.Huge Shout-out to the following:John Bang and Kevin Lee, our Salespeople were always available to chat, quick to respond to emails & texts and made sure our concerns and worries were addressed to our satisfaction and to our delight.Christopher Wright, Sales Manager did an amazing job at every turn to make this transaction the best deal possible and at every corner made several concessions to satisfy our needs & wants. When the car arrived a month early our previously arranged financial planning on our end at home got thrown off quite a bit, thru no one’s fault - but Christopher understood our anxiety and not only gave us a couple of extra weeks of grace period to rearrange our financing he also made the numbers most favorable (again) so can we meet our financial obligations with greater ease on delivery-date.Casey Smith in the Service Team was quite knowledgeable and ready to answer all of our questions about our future service needs and costs so we can plan and budget accordingly.John MacFarlane in Finance took plenty of time to explain all of our financing options and clearly spelled out our Extended Warranty and Pre-Paid Maintenance options. We got the best rate possible and he made sure of it.We’ve just brought home our brand-new “Lady’n’Red” and are looking forward to many years of driving this beauty around town.We’ll be returning again for sure to not only buy our next new MB, but also make and bring referrals!Much Grateful,F n Z

I had a fantastic experience working with Yaroslav on my recent purchase of EQS 580. Yaroslav was very collaborative, transparent, and prompt throughout the purchase process. I especially loved how Yaroslav went over all aspects of the EQS at delivery time and followed up to make sure that we reached home safely. Overall, the purchase experience at MB Lynnwood was pleasant and pressure-free. I highly recommend MB Lynnwood!

Casey is the go to service advisor! Hands down! He goes up and over expectations and gets things done. First off he is a really good listener to find out one's issues with their Mercedes Benz.. I bring all my cars to him cause I know everything will get done the RIGHT way. Then he is very prompt when returning calls or answering any kind of questions concerning one's vehicle. I could really write a book about how well he is attentive to his guest. If you need a service advisor that cares about your car like it's his, he's the go to guy tell him J sent you! Excellent experience here! Ms Kat Kingsley was really kind and provided us plenty of constructive suggestions. This store has nearly all options we wanted to test drive, and gave us enough time to test out all vehicles we like. Even though we didn't choose Benz in the end, the experience is top niche!

I had a very positive experience at Mercedes Lynnwood. Very professional and competitive. Eric Anderson was my Sales person, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. I also had to have mechanical work done on my old car and the service team was exceptional, especially Josh McDowell and Casey Smith. They were half the price of a another Mercedes Dealership.I will continue to use them and recommend to anyone looking to buy or service a Mercedes.Carmela

We had the best help from Kat. She tried very hard to find the car that we wanted. Kat helped us as best she could . And not trying to push hard sell only the cars she has. She wanted us to get the exact car. The car we bought from her not the one that we like100% , but definitely we fell in love with Kat’s service 100%. Because we think that Kat's service gives us peace of mind that if we need help in the future, She will help us as best she can.

I have an older MB E320, A week ago the button key FOB would not unlock the car. Logan at the service desk walked me through the potential problems and the best way to resolve the issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The steps he recommended worked and resolved the issue prior to my wife being out of town and me without a car. Thanks Logan for the help and I recommend people needing MB service talk with him. Steve

This is the only MB shop that I can trust to do work on my AMG M157 Engine. If you are in the Seattle or surrounding areas; it will be well worth your time to take your MB to this location if you have an AMG engine. Shout out to the Service Crew at MB or Lynnwood. Excellent Team!
