We had an exceptional experience at Mercedes Benz Lynnwood a few weeks back with our new Mercedes Benz GLE 350. Our sales representative *Andy Bryant* was friendly, transparent and knowledgeable throughout the process. He let us explore a variety of models before we make our decision. He understood our needs and preferences and built us a perfect vehicle.
The facility has variety of models to test drive and friendly, welcoming environment. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Lynwood and *Andy* to anyone looking for Mercedes in the market.

I came in for my service today and was assisted by Jourdain and Trey. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and communicated excellently throughout the process. I received a service vehicle, had the option to use the lounge if needed, and they even provided a much-needed car wash. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I have gl550 car has ground cable issue but they told me we find more issues one of the camshaft sensor leaking oil and oil it goes to wiring harness and ecu and it cost 15k ? I shocked and so sad i told them don’t fix it i don’t have 15k i got the car and i ordered camshaft sensor i start to change it what i find there is no any oil in wiring harness and ecu!!!! Non of the sensors are leaking i asked them how much oil did you see it they said alot of oil in wiring this is big mistake they did to me and i never forget about it ? look at the air intake i received the car like that

Extremely expensive! Apparently, Mercedes Benz cars should not be left out in the rain. That’s what the dealership is telling me. Wow! I wonder if they are telling prospective buyers that this car that is supposed to drive you across the country in rain, snow etc cannot take rain without costing $4400 in repairs. As an aside, they don’t even wash your car when they return it to you- even after a $4400 repair job.

We needed a major repair to our GLS 350 and as usual Garrett did a wonderful job of taking care of everything. Together we managed to get it almost totally covered by the extended warranty that we had purchased.
