“Staff did a good job trying to move people quickly through the waiting queue. Not much privacy for incomming customers though; it's a small space and all noises/conversations can be clearly heard by every person, whether they be staff or other customers in the waiting area. Quick in-and-out experience gives them 4 stars, minus 1 star for lack of privacy. Overall, not bad for Everett.My advice to Management: Install a noise cancelling system in the ceiling tiles similar to medical offices. Or, perhaps taller partitions.”
“The service is excellent, no queues, the test was done quickly and professionally. The only problem I had was finding the right front door. The office is located next to Guild Mortgage inside the building and there is no clear indication that the Pacific Vascular office is there.”
“I revised this review because I got wrong with the agent who could not make the call back. Like everyone has ton of things to do during the day. I was too frustrated to give a negative comment at that time, due to the uncertainty of appointment which was paid and canceled by two clicks. “I got my NIPT test (Panorama) at Natera when I was 10 weeks pregnant, everything went well, and the nurse there was really helpful. It was walk-in, the nurse confirmed with me regarding the payment type, I told her my insurance doesn’t cover so I will do self-pay. The nurse acknowledged that and told me how to make the payment $250 online. I think they’ve improved their payment system, and so far I don’t have any problem with that. The result came out faster than I expected. I took the test on Wednesday afternoon and got the result on the following Tuesday evening. Highly recommend!”

“The visit was fast and efficient. I had no appointment and signed in at their kiosk. I was seen within 5 minutes and the phlebotomist was pleasant. The only downside is the facility is tiny and crammed with their necessities.”
“I absolutely love seeing Dr.B. She is the first Dr in a long time who actually listens to her patients. And the new office is beautiful. I will recommend Dr.B and House Call Doctors to anyone who wants to be treated by someone who actually cares and listens to you.”

“We scheduled a home visit due to inability to be seen at a brick and mortar Urgent Care. I stumbled upon Dispatch Health and scheduled a home visit for between 7-9pm. We scheduled the appointment at 4pm same day. Dispatch was here at exactly 7pm, did a full medical assessment, flu test, covid test, and provided a work excuse letter. I was so impressed. This is a game changer for us with kids who don't have the immediate ability to go to an urgent care. Best part is they take most insurances!”

“Had to go in because the company that hired me needed a drug test. Made a appointment, when the time came for it was very fast process! Worker was nice and explained the process well.”
“Great service & was taking patients until 5:30 on the Wednesday I went. They were out of Coban self adhering wrap, which I typically need for my allergy to the white tape's adhesive, but they did have latex free Curad (or maybe Nexcare? They both make hypoallergenic bandaids that I buy myself), which worked just as well post draw.Only other thing I would bring up is the women's bathroom nearest the lab has a only one non-handicapped stall & it is extremely compact as far as the length. So much so it's hard to move around with the door closed unless the occupant is a child. I'm 5'8", with a long waist, & I was worried about getting stuck in there. Due to ADHD perhaps, I couldn't properly tell how compressed the stall was before getting in, but in case others might be chosing to risk the non-handicapped stall,to leave it open for those that need it or due to it being occupied, you might want to avoid using the little stall.”
“I have been going to this lab over others lately, and they have been doing an amazing job the last several of my visits. Staff are friendly, wait times were never typically long, and they do a great job!”

“Getting my life insurance exam done here was quick and easy. I was seen shortly after arrival and was done in maybe 15 min? The woman who helped me was courteous and professional. She made sure to switch arms when doing the BP readings. Their height measurement tool was confusing bc there was some tape / marking on it that caused her to initially think I was shorter than I am, but she at least checked with me if the measurement sounded right / expected (it was wrong) and then fixed it to my correct height. She explained forms to me as I signed them. My insurance quote remained the same from initial application to final after this exam.The low reviews/ratings initially scared me from this place, but I didn’t have many options to get this exam done for my insurance anyway. I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was nothing like some of these other reviews suggest.”

“My boyfriend has been having some heart palpitations, we went to the Urgent Care (see previous review!) on Valentines Day to get things checked. Not known causes or results so today, we are currently still here at this location. The wait was a bit long but as it is with hospitals, I've waited a few hours before and they brought us back around 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving. Which to me is amazing, still lengthy but not complaining for how lovely the staff is here.Lexie, Jenifer, MsH. olmes & Taylor were amazing! They really uplifted the mood and kept things very steady. Didn't have any issues, didn't have to wait too long either. Also nothing too severe upon the situation which was good news to hear. The process was easy to follow and the steps were easy to handle as well. The staff made the experience easier and better to handle. I'll be coming here for care in the future for myself and my friends/family members!Sure hospital times are a few hours to be here but it's worth it.”

So maybe I was lucky. Even so, the location is so convenient that I could have done some grocery shopping while waiting.”
“I used to dread calling these guys for advise or appointments. I dont know what they changed, but I recently tested positive for Covid and I called them and someone answered within a minute of the call and they referred me to a nurse hotline and the nursed called me back within a few minutes. They have really upped their game and really improved there response and service from what it used to be!!!!”

“I have been a patient at Lakeshore for some forty-plus years, and have enjoyed excellent care. I have had my care managed by a succession of excellent, conscientious and skilled physicians, including my current physician, Dr. Salil Mathur. I have found the nursing and lab staff to be friendly, considerate and highly competent. When I've had need to discuss matters with office staff, they too have been responsive and helpful, including the reception staff.”
“The lab here is much improved the last two times I had to get a blood draw. A couple years ago I waited in a line that extended out into the hallway for two hours. The last couple of visits, I walked in, there was no line of people waiting, and they took me back within five minutes of my arrival.”

Shawna drew my blood and it didn't hurt at all! I have had many blood draws before and Shawna was amazing. Definitely go out of your way to come here.”
“I honestly had a great experience. I get anxious with bloodwork and have had bad experiences but my experience here was great. I showed up a few minutes late due to road conditions with snow. I was fully prepared to have my appointment changed to a walk in or rescheduled but was luckily still able to get in within 5 minutes if not less. Crystal, the lady who drew my blood, was very pleasant and she made the process quick and painless.”

“I was nervous to come to this location due to the reviews, but had a great experience. I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment on a Wednesday for fasted bloodwork and showed up a bit before they opened at 8:30 a.m. in case I could get in earlier. The phlebotomist showed up on time and I was the only person waiting so she took me as the first patient of the day.Her customer service skills were lacking a bit, but her blood draw was steady and virtually painless which was the most important part to me. I was out the door by 8:35 a.m.”
