“Bought a new mattress from Mor earlier this week and got great customer service from Joni, with an assist on pricing from Gregorio. Thanks to both. Mattress is due in a couple of days and here is the only negative I've encountered so far. They hire a 3rd party to do the delivery, so you don't know who's going to be showing up at your door. Is that person vetted, non-smoking, etc. So far it has been a good experience and I'm going to expect more of the same. Will update if it does not.”

He was very friendly and helpful getting us started and quick to help us narrow it down to 4 or 5 couches that all met our criteria. Later on, Jeff was also a huge help in helping us finalize the one couch which we are SO very happy with! It was evident from the get go that both John and Jeff were truly there to help us accomplish our goals.
