Awesome place to buy a new mattress and all your bedding accessories! Emily was absolutely delightful to work with, she's super knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to listen to our preferences and answer all our questions, then let us test and test some with no sales pressure. They have a great variety of high quality products and price ranges for any budget. Joseline was also extremely helpful and personable. We stopped in to replace our beds after experiencing an apartment flood due a sprinkler incident and they made it a very enjoyable experience despite being in the midst of a stressful situation. Thank you so much!

Eric did a wonderful job of helping us pick out a new mattress that fit everything in our criteria. He also did a great job explaining the differences between the two mattresses we were deciding on. The general manager was very nice and knew her stuff. Let us try several types that we had wanted to see, directed us to right mattress that fit our needs. Advised us on the type of frame we required. Very happy with our purchase, always happy to recommend Mattress City

Stumbled in here by chance and can't even imagine going anywhere else now! Not only is their showroom beautiful but their salesperson, Robbie, was literally a mattress angel! Or maybe a genie! She greeted us warmly, listened to my list of "wants" and then spent the time to truly address each one. She did not try to "push" us into the most expensive model - which so many companies do - but she really worked with us to find the best fit for our needs. We actually had a blast - laughing and learning about how mattresses are made and figuring out what we wanted. Robbie helped us to stay within our budget and even went above and beyond when we wanted the mattress we picked ASAP. We left with our new mattress scheduled for the next day delivery and it was! The delivery guys were super friendly and quick - they had our new mattress in and the old one out in probably 10 min. tops! I haven't slept this well in years - and as someone with severe arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my spine, that's saying a lot! We could not be more impressed and happy with this company and I'm already planning on going back for a few accessories, like pillows and a new bed frame. Seriously, we'd give them 20* stars if we could!

Found Mattress City online. Decided to come because of the good reviews. Initially thought the place was small but found out, it had everything needed to find a good mattress. Bought 2 mattresses. Mrs. Robbie was kind and patient. If I ever need a new mattress I will be returning here. There is nothing like trying a mattress out in person.

Robbie was an excellent guide in finding and purchasing a mattress. I went to Mattress City after two other mattress stores and she was the best help of the 3.
