Giving them three stars because their customer service over the phone is sometimes a hit or miss, and while I believe that most the employees here are rather nice… They tend to only be helpful in person.
Overall, the store is clean, has a lot of parking options, and does offer some fairly good deals to the public.
I think they could improve upon training staff with over the phone etiquette and what is and is not possible.

This Marshalls is one of the most cleanest and organized store I've been to. Great selection and amazing prices. The employee, Chieko, is very kind, friendly, and helpful! I would highly recommend shopping at this location!

Wow what a horrific place to shop. As a woman, I don't want to go into a store and be sexually harassed by the female shoppers. This is the fifth time I have been in this store and had women leer at me, and it makes my shopping experience horrible. To add to this, the manager and people that work there are just rude, condescending, and horrible. Perhaps that's the real issue? Customers think they can come into a store and use it to harass women.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Not friendly at all with who helped me. Was extremely disappointed to find that when I asked for a price on something that was identical to another item I purchased they told me it was going to be $5 more than the other item priced lower than they one that didn't have a tag then got scoffed at for saying no thanks. Cause that doesn't make any sense. Rolled her eyes scoffed and walked away.

Had a difficult time communicating with some of the staff on the floor due to English being their second language. I used Google to show them what I was looking for which it worked out.However, the restroom was quite dirty. I informed the staff before I left that it needed to be cleaned as someone smeared feces on the trash can & the odor was deplorable & they were out of soap.
