I was quite impressed with the place. Initial impressions on walking in was that it reminded me of a hometown hardware store, not one of the big box places for tools. Some brand names that I didn't recognize but I had gone to shop for air compressors. I felt zero pressure from anyone at the desk on the first visit to get anything right away.I needed to do some additional research so came back for the purchase on a second visit. While they didn't have the specific model in stock I wanted, they were kind to field about a dozen questions about the lower-tier model and helped me save myself a hundred bucks. It seems they have a LOT more going on than what the storefront makes it appear. I'd recommend them as an alternative to one of the larger corporate stores if possible.

These guys in there from the get-go know exactly how to help a customer, they were very efficient they were funny they were informative and set up my tools exactly the way I wanted them done and the price was comparable to most places that I had found. That is the place that I will go to for my Occidental bags c because they have an amazing selection.

Easily the best Carpentry/Framing store around. From the huge selection of tools/nails to the nicest customer service I've seen at any store, not just this specific type of store either. This place is a framers dream store. Would highly recommend. They also repair broken tools too.

BEWARE; Took my blower for service at this place, (Hitachi 7 year warranty) would not start. Always put in correct fuel etc. Got a call back from them (quickly) blaming us for the failure. Got machine back and it was obvious that they had checked NOTHING. Just tried to start it like we did and could not. No sign of repair. Said engine was blown by bad gas, even when we told them it we had handled the blower correctly with the mix correctly done. In looking at other reviews this a way to just not have to repair or replace something when they have no idea what is wrong. Take items somewhere else for warranty repair and/or demand that they actually look at the item and take it apart for repair. This place may have been good in the past years but people change and attitudes change..
