Was excited to get a new car, but the finance manager kept pushing me to sign without even showing me the papers first. Felt super shady, like they were trying to trick me. Really disappointed because I had higher hopes for this place. Will not be back anytime soon.

Bought a Toyota Tacoma from Swickard Toyota back in April of this year. I was promised by sales I'd get a spare key in the mail. Till this day 5 months later I've received nothing.
I've called in multiple times already and the answer I get is "we will call you back" or some lie "we are behind". I've reached out personally to the dealership and also through online website support page. No spare key has been provided. I'm very disappointed of dealership for not keeping their word of what's promised during purchase. All they are interested in is selling vehicles which I understand, but that doesn't mean it's right to lie to customers who pay top dollar for their vehicles.

Jeff Asmundsen gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice about which car to purchase. The process was simple and once we had the car, 2025 Camry hybrid, in hand he spent a lot of time going over the details. Everyone at Swickard Toyota was pleasant and helpful. I don’t remember the name of the finance person but he also sped the process along. And was very pleasant to deal with.

I had the oil changed on my 2023 Toyota Sienna on 9/11/24. They did not replace the screws on the splash shield which came to my attention later in the evening while I was on the freeway. I’m just grateful that my wife wasn’t driving. I won’t be returning and highly recommend you consider another location for maintenance instead of risking your safety and potential damage to your vehicle.

They were quick, they were helpful, and the communications on the process from Tyler were great! This was my first time goin to a dealer just for an oil change and I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Update 2: Bought another car from Swickard Toyota for my son. Again, Shawn was amazing!! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the whole experience and the entire team is so welcoming and great to work with!

I love taking my car to Swickard for maintenance. It’s no longer more expensive than a drive through oil change, and the free coffee and internet while you wait makes the time fly. Plus I get a car wash coupon!!
