They listed $2000.00 of work needing to be done after most of what was listed was just repaired at a different location. Make sure you know what you're going to get fixed or get more than one opinion

Husband took truck into this shop for a new radiator and water pump to be installed. Now water leaking at thermostat. Went back with invoice and receipt for payment and was told by the owner that he had never seen our truck in his shop even though we had proof in hand. Then tried to blame the incomplete work on an employee that no longer works there saying "perhaps he was trying to save you money" and didn't fix the thermostat. What an irresponsible excuse for shoddy work performed. What Is Done During A Radiator Replacement? The mechanic will inspect the radiator for any possible leaks They will then use a pressure test to assess the cooling system The radiator will be removed and any excess coolant drained The new radiator will be fitted and filled with a mixture of 50/50 coolant It will then be checked for leaks to ensure it has been fitted correctly Common practice is to also replace the thermostat and radiator cap A full check of the heating system will then be carried out to ensure everything is in working order, including the tubes and the radiator itself

My vehicle was in and out of this shop for over a year, and cost over $3,000 (lost track of total cost). The times it did come out, it broke down again usually within two days (Put my job at risk). Even myself and children at risk, as it would malfunction on the freeway after repairs. I eventually purchased another vehicle as my job was in jeopardy and I was getting frustrated with the constant new estimated times that the vehicle would be ready. At times I even had to order parts myself that the shop could not find. My calls were fielded to where I had to call from a different number just to receive an update. The people were nice when speaking to them, however they didn't seem to be on the same page when speaking with different people. Eventually I was told for the final time that my vehicle was ready, but also that my vehicle was broken into the day before and my stereo was stolen. At this point my vehicle had mold/mildew all over the inside to where I was concerned having anyone inside of it. I was excited to finally receive my vehicle back, regardless of the very long period of time and issues with service. Thinking that it was thoroughly done, since it took so long... However I type this review now, as I just received a call from my father whom I let borrow the vehicle today(within two weeks of its repair) that he is stuck on the side of the road at this very moment :(.

Fit me in same-day, but the front desk neglected to tell me my car would have to stay overnight until after I had already waited 90 minutes. The next day, she told me the wrong pickup time so I had to wait over half an hour longer than expected. Mechanics are very friendly, honest and will explain the repairs thoroughly.
