I waited an hour for an employee to help me just a piece a plywood but no one helped me at all. Wait a hour! One employee said he be right back and never came back. The only person who helped me was the cashier that tried to locate someone that was certified to cut. Terrible experience.

Lowes is hurting! I see more people in the returns line than I do in the checkouts! Associates aren't real friendly or knowledgeable! I shake my head and wonder how the store survives! Home Depot anybody?

Good place to go for home improvement needs, only one entrance to the parking lot, and it is shared with Chick-fil-A.

If anyone ever wonders why Lowe's is not doing well, I believe it has a bit to do with this experience that I had today.
Understand this first, my son started a project in March with materials that he purchased in late Feb and early March. However, due to his family having 2 rounds of sickness and him himself just getting over pneumonia; he was not able to return the materials until after 90 days, maybe at the 91-92 days.
The materials were very heavy concrete patio blocks, and he was not able to do so before now.
I usually wouldn't complain, but we also; in trying to help him out and took some materials back to Home Depot, and while they basically said the same thing.... they returned the unused material and gave us an in-store gift card for the value.
I'm not too mad at anyone, but I just want to point out why I prefer to go to Home Depot and am starting to dislike Lowe's with the numerous problems that I have been experiencing.
UPDATE: I called the 1-800- number to follow up with these guys, and 1) they had no idea what I was talking about. 2) Rep couldn't find my review (I was staring at it while talking to them).
This company, over the past 5 years, in my opinion, has been going going downhill, and I will not be going back here for anything . I highly recommend you go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware instead.

If you go to this store you'd better bring breadcrumbs to find your way out because it's an absolute maze inside! Lol Huge store and enormous selections. We ended up getting help from an associate, but they were very friendly and completely knowledgeable about where everything was. Honestly, if this store doesn't have it, then you probably don't need it!

This review is cashier at garden center. She (Black lady with very short bleached hair) got muted
as soon as I tried to pay and of course she was greeting saying hello for next customer. First time got discriminated here. I hope not to see again.

One of the worst places to shop. They messed up my delivery order and made and my wife run pillar to post to get that sorted and then reorder. Also the support is staff quite rude and doesn’t want to work with you. Even managers don’t care. People give contradicting information all the time and I had to start over more than 10 times explaining the same thing. Home Depot please, they are way way better!

Don't call this store, what a joke. You go round and round on hold, people answer, make some weird noise or say something unintelligible THEN PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD for another round. For 10 mins, then the phone disconnects
Also I had my catalytic converter cut off and stolen in their parking lot, right in front of the front doors.

Just went in to the Lynnwood Lowes. I guess they changed their return policy at some point. Cashier said no returns past 90 days. Cashier called for a manager and manager "Zach" says over the walki talki to his employee "I'm not doing that! I'll just walk over and say the same thing." Rude voice. Busy prossionals like myself have to prioritize and may not be able to get there within that time. Rude voice isn't necessary. Based on this interaction Lowes would have to have something that no one else sells, there is not a replacement product, and I can't live without it. Hopefully I don't ever have to go back.
