Store manager is a joke... rude to customers, rude to employees.... Biggest phony around. Get rid of him or you're going to be losing employees left and right. Your employees see through your phoniness... just be a normal human... it's not hard ...

SO GLAD I DID NOT BUY MY APPLIANCE HERE. Went in to buy a new dishwasher and flooring. The kid in the appliance department initially was helpful. Then the games started. He tells me I should have the dishwasher shipped to the store - because if I have it shipped to my house then I only have 48 hours to return it. They sell third party installations and haul away - but want you to wait a week to get the unit and then maybe weeks more to get the install. But.... IF YOU GET A CREDIT CARD YOU ARE PROTECTED. Loews you totally suck and your employees have been coached by management to commit fraud. Oh I went to Home Depot right after. They can ship to your house or n less than a week and schedule the install immediately. Lowes are corporate criminals running a fraud.

Jesse in flooring provided me with excellent service in selecting the flooring for my bathroom. It's why I come to Lowe's and not Home Depot for the customer service.

Terrible. All managers in an all day training and didn't figure out back up. Poor customer service reps unable to get manager override or request help. Stood in line for over 45 minutes with absolutely no help. Tried to call the customer service center and told one hour wait. LYNNWOOD Lowe's is awful.

Don't waste your time buying lumber here. There's nobody around to help you at all. And the cashier was super slow. I waited nearly 15 minutes in line and finally walked out. This clueless cashier was super slow at checking out another customer whose card(s) were declined.

Don't buy any appliances from this place. I bought a freezer and use didn't get cold enough to freeze water. Took it back 3 days later and they said you have to return it with 48 hrs. It doesn't say that on the receipt How would you know it's defective by then and have time to return it. I thought they were a legit biz but I won't ever but again from lowes. Eric is not helpful at all. He doesn't care about customers. He should not be a manager.

Poorly staffed, horrible layout. Garden center gates closed ( at 5pm) ppl pushing carts full of bricks and mulch from the far corner of the store to the other end for checkout.

Called early Mon 4/24/23 after researching my choice of new, replacement appliance. Customer Service answered my call quickly! (Yes, surprised me too.) Directed me to Janet in appliances who was scheduled to arrive shortly. Within an hour Janet sold me a new LG front load washer and scheduled delivery for Tue 5/2. Washer delivered in the time window promised. All going smoothly until the delivery crew, third party contrator operating a Lowes truck arrived. Install was rushed and incorrect: water lines twisted and not flushed of debris before connecting to washer. Dirt left under machine that crew would now allow me to wipe up; instead I was pushed aside! Elbow bracket not connected to drain hose, that was just jammed into drain pipe. Elbow bracket left in tub and found on 1st laundry load! Zip tie for elbow bracket connection to water line, left on top of new washer. Delivery crew took wrech supplied with machine. Delivery guys abrupt, agressive and deaf. Called Lynnwood Lowes on 5/4 about install problems; spoke to manager Starla, who scheduled a new install crew to come out on 5/6 to correct problems. Replacement install crew arrived as promised on 5/6 and was courteous and helpful. Water lines flushed and uncoiled; elbow bracket installed on drain hose as required, dirt wiped up, machine was test run. Yay! Two thumbs up! This purchase included some other Lynnwood Lowes staff that were quite helpful: Rick in Pro Services, Frank, mgr in Receiving, Sam in Deliveries, Michael @ the Front Desk/Customer Service. All ready to help. The only exception was I think his name was Josh, who was scheduled to call me back but did not. Instead, I called him, and got some attitude. But that's OK. The others were exemplary. So, dealing with numerous employees, all positive and helpful, with one minor exception. Lynnwood store manager Jason has put his staff on alert to help the customers. That 's what shows.

Lowes Lynnwood did not have any cash registers open. They had four self check outs open, but only two of them took cash. People were stuck, trying to buy bricks, building materials and such. Not enough help and lines. I have better things to do than stand around trying to purchase tools from a company that has such poor service.

I had brought back a wall heater that quit working. I was within my 90 days and I took it to the counter where the guy told me I had to purchase the new one and then he would refund my money and he would refund my original purchase he asked if I wanted it shipped to my house for eight dollars. I said yes he rang it up and then informed me after I looked at the receipt that it was $80 for delivery I said no you said eight dollars he argued with me about it and it's $80 so I needed that refunded also so to get my warranty heater exchanged for one at no cost I had to spend $300 for an $85 heater and now I have to wait 3 to 10 business days to get my refund when he told me it would be instant

Don't even dream of ordering an appliance from Lowe's. My refrigerator died, so I ordered one from Lowe's online that was listed to be delivered the next day. After I paid for it, the earliest delivery date became 3 days later. So I waited the 3 days and the delivery guys showed up as scheduled. Now, the nightmare starts. They couldn't plug in the new frig because they had neither an adaptor or different outlet with them. They told me I needed an electrician. They left my new, non -working refrigerator. They also had attached the door handles ON TOP OF the protective plastic wrap, so I can't peel off the wrap with clean edges. AND, they had removed my entry door to move the refrigerator into our condo. When they rehung the door, they left it so crooked that we could no longer latch (lock) the door. I called Lowe's, and spoke to a manager, who told me that the delivery company would call me back. It's been six hours and I've heard nothing. I just paid a wonderful handyman to plug in the new frig and straighten out the door. I am so very very angry. How does Lowe's stay in business?

Lowes no longer cares to give you the choice of a human checker. You must use their self check out in order to buy. Might as well order online to get better service. Disappointing.

So my friend and I walked into Lowe's tonight waiting to buy a stove and dishwasher this guy walks up to us (he's wearing a camo vest) and says "What do you want?!? Wow,really not how ya doing? Is there anything I can do for ya? Moving forward from that, I explained to him I was in the night before asking about the dishwasher and oven he really wasn't into selling me the appliances cause when I said dishwasher he started pointing at the refrigerator I said dishwasher,once again he said refrigerator. I looked at my friend and was like I want to have fun when I buy new appliances not be dismissed by an ass who clearly is over worked under paid a mortgage he can't afford a wife who clearly has a better with with the shower attachment,and I'm sure over drinks on his spare time with his high school buddy's cause he can't seem to get out of the 80's. I'm just saying if your looking to buy something new and interesting,and want to have a good time don't go to the Lowe's in the evening in Lynnwood. You'd have a better time in Snohomish county's finest.

I like Lowe's but don't like that I spend more time looking for something than standing in line to buy it. I feel the same about Home Depot. My suggestion would be a self-service kiosk where where a customer can type into a computerized inventory list what they want and it would tell you what aisle it's located.

it's a fault advertisement. I received a one time 20%. I bought the wrong trim. I came back to exchange, customer service will not honor the 20%. It was not big. I would have save only $40. But they makes me wait for 39 mins to talk to manager. I don't shop at Lowes much so as my friends. Now ai have experience. I don't come back. I would not reccomend Starla or Adam as customer service section.
