I’m rating it 5 stars cuz I used to love Lowe’s. I know times are tough. Wish they valued having people that ask I their customers need help. Or have them around when you need something behind glass. Which. Who wants to wait 10 min for something. I’ll just stay home and order it online

Jesse in flooring provided me with excellent service in selecting the flooring for my bathroom. It's why I come to Lowe's and not Home Depot for the customer service.

I like Lowe's but don't like that I spend more time looking for something than standing in line to buy it. I feel the same about Home Depot. My suggestion would be a self-service kiosk where where a customer can type into a computerized inventory list what they want and it would tell you what aisle it's located.
