Jesse in flooring provided me with excellent service in selecting the flooring for my bathroom. It's why I come to Lowe's and not Home Depot for the customer service.

I like Lowe's but don't like that I spend more time looking for something than standing in line to buy it. I feel the same about Home Depot. My suggestion would be a self-service kiosk where where a customer can type into a computerized inventory list what they want and it would tell you what aisle it's located.

Good people and very helpful. I needed a tool and Amazon was 20% cheaper. They matched. I also buy full price. Go early when its not too busy.
