We had a great experience with Ron and walked away with a car within 1 hour. Natural born salesman that printed the Carfax report and showed service records as soon as we took an interest to the car. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good hassle-free dealership with fair car prices alongside dealership fees.

All the employees were very nice. Eric was great. The car we bought so far has been great. My only issue was there was zero flexibility on price. I understand there’s a sticker price. But the owner wouldn’t budge. We paid cash and it didn’t matter. If you buy here they won’t be flexible. Otherwise everything was great.
Edit: found our car is still listed on Facebook marketplace for $600 less, they obviously haven’t removed the listing yet. We’re a little upset that they wouldn’t work more with us. Or at least match their own price listing!

Great experience overall! Agreed to a fair price on the car I purchased and didn’t feel pressured at all. Ron is a straight shooter and answered all my questions honestly. If you’re in the market for an affordable used car and don’t mind a few cosmetic blemishes I would recommend giving Lang Autosports your business.

Eric was extremely helpful and patient. I had my two small children with me, one of whom is autistic and he was phenomenal, allowing him to play and just be himself. No pressure at all from Eric. He allowed us to do what we needed to and were able to make a purchase with ease. Eric was great and I highly recommend him as a sales representative.

I had a wonderful experience at Lang Autosports. It was my first time buying a vehicle so I was really reluctant to pull the trigger. Ron was patient, kind and helpful. He stayed an hour after closing until I decided. I love my 2003 Subaru outback and I got a great deal for it. I have enjoyed driving it for 3 months now. Thank you Ron!

Friendly and quick to respond. No pressure at all. Lots of good cars to compare on the lot. The cars on the lot get sold quickly (which is probably a good thing, I was too slow to nab a few options). The sales rep (Ron in this case) quickly tuned into what I'd like, and had plenty of suggestions. I ended up getting a 'wilecard' he suggested. I financed and Ron also knew how to work with the credit unions really well, my credit is right on the border between good and fair (some recent career shifts and CC use) and he managed to work with the underwriter to keep my rate squarely in the good range. The fact that Lang works directly with credit unions is a good sign. There are easier, but less financially wise ways to get car loans, but I feel like I was able to get a very good car with a loan that I don't feel stupid for accepting.

I had asked very specific questions over the phone. When I showed up they changed there tune. I asked why I was told something totally different over the phone. The response from sales manger " they will say anything to get you threw the door".

These guys seem like good guys, but unfortunately they will lie to you to get what they want. Ron repeatedly told me that the 2006 Forester I was looking at was "not damaged goods." He said that over and over. Well, I shouldn't have trusted him, but I did. Before I even got home, the check engine light came on (mass air flow sensor had to be replaced). Then I took it to the most trusted mechanics in my town and it needed over $4000 in repairs (it was actually $5000, but let's assume the mechanics were gonna overcharge me, just for fun). Front ball joints were very loose, front sway bar end links were worn and loose, power steering pump was leaking. And oil was leaking out the head gasket, the valve cover gaskets, and the cam plug. I called Lang Auto to talk things over and of course they deflected, ignored my calls and emails. They told me my mechanic was trying to screw me and THEIR mechanic would do the work for far cheaper. Somehow I don't doubt that he would. They seem to be cheap over at Lang Auto Sports. I know I made mistakes. Here's the point: these guys will lie to you if they want. So be careful.

We bought a beautiful 2007 Subaru about a month ago. Still runs amazing. The dealer was laid back and a low pressure kind of guy. We got to inspect and drive the car as much as we needed before buying. The prices are comparable to other places around. They do offer an in-house mechanic should something go wrong, but thankfully we've had no issues. I would buy a car from them again.
