No trust here. Would not let me take car until I forked over $92. Said it was their policy to NEVER bill a customer net 30. Flat tire repair with a $37 replacement lug key was $92! They also found a way to include a recall service that I am sure they made bank on. Did not miss one opportunity to make a nickel. They did fix the flat and for that they get 2 stars.

We’ve been happy customers of Land Rover Seattle since 2015. Sean is our man—he’s made every single experience we’ve ever had there wonderful. He goes out of his way to ensure our happiness and to make the somewhat stressful situation of buying a vehicle a pleasurable one. I do not have enough kind words for him—or for the entire company (i.e., financing & service department) for that matter. We love our new 2023 Defender Trophy Edition—thank you, Sean!

As a woman, your understanding of where you fall in a patriarchal society is pretty clear. To have this so clearly reenforced by a car dealership is deeply disturbing.How Land Rover gets away with level of “service” is mind boggling.I am used to the UK Land Rover standard… maybe this is a US thing.To be told by this dealership that every thing is performing as normal on 4 different occasions and to then drive home and get stranded, speaks to a management decision to turn a profit at the expense of your customers.Left a message with the GM, and requested all service records, a BBB complaint has been filed and an inquiry in to my solicitor to advise of my legal recourse.

No loaner cars is a bust for me. These are expensive vehicles and expensive to maintain. Strongly considering Mercedes because of this, LR needs to think bigger picture. 17 years LR owner.

Kenny and Mel has made our car buying experience a breeze!! This is our second car buying from them, and it’s always a lovely experience. Highly recommend. Also want to shoutout Eric in Service - Every one of them has always taken care of us so well. This dealership is further from us but we don’t mind because we have peace of mind knowing that we’ll be taken care of every time.

Looking to dump my 2023 Defender. An overhead vent was popped out (was like that when I bought it) The dealer explained how I obviously abused the car and how this repair is NOT covered. I was told the front window needed to come out and headliner needed to be replaced for the integrated vent. It took all of about 4 minuets to pop it back in place (better than new) I can't imagine how I would be treated should there be an actual issue with the car. (still waiting from a call from the GM) lol...

The experience at this dealership and with the sales people have been horrendous. Within a month of buying the car there were issues which come to find out have been known concerns with the Defender. I was told it only needed a computer update to then have similar issues continue six months later. I would not recommend buying from this dealership because they have not been helpful at all and have not resolved the problems. I had to insist on a loaner car otherwise they were going to have me get a rental and after two days pay for it myself. They have had my car for a week once again without any idea of when the car will be fixed. I will never buy from this dealership again and recommend others avoid purchasing from them. Also just heard that the part for my car is backordered and they don’t except it to arrive until end of October. This would now put this visit alone at over 9 weeks. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and my buying a car.

Kudos to Sean Hennessy of Seattle Jaguar Landrover! I enjoyed the most pleasurable buying experience with Sean as he was both knowledgeable and thorough through the entire search and final purchase. He was patient, made certain that he understood exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to to get me into the vehicle I wanted. We found a nail in our tire and the tire was flat. We took our car to Land Rover service and they took us in without notice. Arby took care of what we needed and gave us a complimentary cleaning of the interior and washed the exterior. Great communication, very knowledgeable and so helpful. We look forward to coming back for routine service with him. Thank you, Arby!
