Today was my first visit with Joshua Webb. I was able to get a same day appointment. Every single person I came into contact with from the first phone call to my visit with Joshua was extremely friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. They have in office labs which is so convenient. Joshua explained everything in normal language that I actually understood. The MA’s were so gentle and kind. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I’m so thankful I stumbled across this practice, I will 100% be sticking with them!

Just walked down to this place to be told by receptionist all spaces were filled nobody in the waiting area!!So to my mind a doctors not a walk in!!So why advertise out side it is one..

Dr. Brand is awesome! She makes you feel like you are her only patient! All the staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great place to get high quality health care!

Valerie Brand was excellent at setting me at ease on a 1st visit. She collected and reviewed all encounters and test results from hospitals and doctors seen in the last year and came up with a plan for future treatment. I look foward to future health care with Lake Serene Clinic.

We see Valerie Brand-she is a 5 star provider. Bed side manner is great, feels like she really listens and that she is all about empowering the patient to make an educated choice when it comes to treatment.

I can't say enough about this place of business and all that work there from the practitioners to the front office staff. All are friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. We have been going here for years and have never been let down by any service that was provided. I highly recommend Josh if you're serious about feeling the best you can feel. He listens and proactively works with you to be your best self. If you have felt like your in the churn of the medical system and not doing any better.... go see Josh Webb! You won't be disappointed.

I’m so grateful to have found this Gem of a clinic. Everyone is so helpful and they always get us in same day when we need to. Every other medical clinic has lost the patient focus and more focused on volume and getting you in and out in 15 mins and takes weeks for an appointment.The doctors and nurses and office staff are incredible. We left Evergreen to come here and it’s been a blessing.My whole family has switched to here. I highly recommend Lake serene clinic.

Valerie is my regular primary care ARNP, and she is really kind and considerate. She listens well to my story, explains my symptoms and their causes well, encourages me, and generously explains the necessary information and helpful things for symptom relief. I was also impressed by the kindness of the staff and nurses who take good care of patients and handle things promptly. Highly recommended for those who live in Lynnwood.

Providers are nice, and attentive but we have decided to stop going here because of multiple incidents with a staff member at the front desk. The first incident she had failed to communicate with the provider after us waiting close to 48 hrs, and knowing they would be closed the next day, resulting in my 2 year old not getting the antibiotics that he needed for his chronic ear infection for days. When I explained what my frustration was and how it impacted us she was way over the top, completely unprofessional, getting loud and cutting me off before hanging up on me. More recently I tried canceling an appointment for my daughter and she boldly lied about what was said in our conversation, I asked if the conversation was recorded, and she pulled the whole Karen routine again, getting loud and raising her tone and voice like she was the victim. Then “placed me on hold” obviously not intending on forwarding me. She has no business working with patients or any sort of customer service position being so unstable, unethical and crazy.

I was from out of town and they got me in really quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Great people!!

Front desk people are super friendly and I have never had an issue using this clinic for walk-in needs but when it some to their primary care go somewhere else. They don't care about you as a person and won't listen to true concerns you have. They schedule appointments 20 minutes apart so they don't have time to care. Very disappointing and will try somewhere else for my primary care needs.

We’ve been going to lake serene clinic for years and have been getting great service and support. They know that we are low income and will adjust to our situation. However today a very rude and UNCARING receptionist could not bring herself to write a request to our provider. A message that our NP routinely and consistently allows which is to extend my senior citizen mother’s prescriptions for a few months. The receptionist could not see past the message that her software was telling her and refused our request. Healthcare is supposed to be caring, the receptionist demonstrated she doesn’t care.Edit: Judging from their lack of responses to other patients reviews, seems like they are fostering this environment purposefully

This was alright when I first saw the Doctor but being 60 and I have asthma that she would have gave me antibiotics but I was told no . So 3 days later I'm now really sick so I called and asked if they could send in a prescription for antibiotics and I was told I had to come in again and be charged another office visit. We just moved here from out of state so I'm at a disadvantage not knowing other doctors, but the fact I just saw her 3 days ago and been calling every day that I'm worse . I would not recommend this place find another urgent care.
