Once of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time, Flor the cashier was rude and disrespectful. I stopped by April 12 at 1:47pm. I repeated myself to make sure my order was correct and still everything was wrong. When I tried to speak to her to get things fixed she rolled her eyes and ignore me. I would never recommend this kfc and the end things I still had to wait for my messed up order.Parking: Cramped space, No where to park.

So, we went here a few days ago. We ordered using the touch screen kiosk. An ornery customer was at the counter, and I think they made off with our order. Not y'all's fault. But we then waited over an hour for our food. When we talked to staff about the problem, they fixed it right away, even gave us some extra sauce, which was cool.Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken at KFC has gone down considerably within the past 6 months. The tenders aren't tenderloin anymore, they're thin, noodle-like strips of breast meat pressed together with the grain going along the length of the strip. The texture is noticeably worse, almost spongy. The breading was also kinda mushy.Again, none of these complaints are the fault of the staff at this particular location, I feel like they handled things exceptionally well. KFC as a company is to blame for the drop in quality. I'll probably pick a different chicken place next time I'm craving tenders.

Total lack of customer service - placed an order, got home and checked the food and we were missing 2 pieces of chicken of the 6 we ordered, also missing 5 pc nuggets. Tried filling out survey and was told someone would contact within 48 hours - 5 days later NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. Tried calling the store every day and it just rings and rings, no one answers. HORRIBLE SERVICE and to make matters worse these guys charge 40-50% more than other locations.

The service is beyond terrible. Periodically I decide to give this place a chance because I enjoy KFC, but every time, without fail, my order is wrong. But this most recent time is the worst. Upon getting home multiple items were left out of our order: 2 turnovers (we ordered 4, only got 2,) the 3 biscuits we ordered were not included, as well as the extra side of potatoes.That's 3.99, .99(3) and 4.99 a total of 11.95 -before tax- taken from us!I have 2 toddlers who need to go down for naps, it's unrealistic to come back to get a refund once I'm already home.I'll never come here again. Complete incompetence.

I ordered the 8 piece bucket for $30. (Four years ago it was like $16). Anyway the chickens were not fresh. They were soggy and had that strong gamey taste typical of chicken that has being sitting out for a while. The taste is even worst after reheat. I was only able to finished half of it before I get grossed out and the rest go to the bin.

They way over charged me and my mom for something that was supposed to be 3.49 cost double that I can’t believe this location is still in business beware of this place you will definitely regret going here and wasting the money.

The person taking my order accommodated a special request, which was appreciated. The food was mostly fresh and tasty. A star comes off from the biscuit though. It wasn't quite as perfect - a little on the dry side (not terrible - just not five-star quality). I'd come back.
