My situation was so complicated, I didn't know who else to turn to. We had been turned down by a few other companies and it looked like we had no hope. Joe to control of the situation and although it did take awhile, we were impressed with the fact that he was ABLE to get it DONE. I can honestly say I don't know who I could trust more in this business and with all my families information than Joe Jonart, what's funny is I don't even remember what company he worked for. He just took care of us and gave us all the right instructions on what to do and when to do it. We are forever in his debt. I wish there were more people in financial services that cared as much as Joe Jonart does. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There are not enough great things to say about Joe and his team. As a first time home buyer, I wanted (needed) someone that would be willing to hold my hand and walk me through every step of the home buying process. I got that and so much more. Thanks for everything Joe and team, you effing rock!

Carl and I would like to thank you again for helping to turn our dreams into a reality! This process moved so fast, rarely do you hear about this going fast and smooth like it did. Yes, there were mild bumps, as to be expected. But we pushed on and made it through. Everything was explained and made clear as to what to expect and why. To give our notice to our apartment today and be right on time with our lease end was nothing short of a miracle. So many miracles were pulled off. If I could give 10 stars instead of just 5, I would! I will recommend anyone who needs a mortgage to call Joe and his team. I simply can't describe how happy I am with them. They worked their butts off for us. They always made us feel like we were the most important people in the world to them. They are just so awesome. If they can't get you a home loan, no one can. Do yourself a favor and contact Joe. Don't delay. Just do it. You won't regret it!

Due to the actions of a crook contractor we were left in a really tough spot trying to finance the remainder of our build. After we got the project done we needed to consolidate our debt. Even though US Bank held our mortgage and our heloc, they were unable to help with our refinance. Not only were they unable to help, the process lasted over two months just to be told no. When I contacted Joe I honestly didn't think anyone would be able to help. Joe and his team not only helped us, we closed in under 30 days! Thanks for everything!

I would recommend Joe in a heartbeat to anyone!! He made the process of buying my first home quick and painless. He was always available, and took the time to help me understand everything. Highly recommended!!! We just closed on an investment property EARLY due to Joe and Brynna's awesomeness. The loan was the smoothest part of the entire purchase process. Joe and Brynna were constantly ahead of the curve. What we especially appreciate is that they are not only experts in their field, they are very friendly and enthusiastic as well.
We met Joe eight years ago when we were trying to get a loan for our first investment property. No one would give us the time of day, until we met Joe. He listened, looked at our finances, and got to work to see what he could do. He not only got us a loan, he gave us great advice about being landlords as well. This is now the fourth investment property Joe has helped us buy. He is the best of the best!! We wouldn’t go with any other lender.
