The BEST!!!! I will only go to Jeff’s for all future automotive needs and have already recommended to family. I called and came in, in a panic with a heavy oil leak. Eric and Team took the time to diagnose and kindly directed me on how to manage while we waited for parts to arrive. My vehicle is now repaired. Jeff’s cleaned up the oil mess as well, going above and beyond to take care of the damage done at a different oil change shop. Am looking forward to getting my next tune up at Jeff’s!!!

Great place for car repairs, had to go in an emergency, to get A diagnosis on brake issues. They did a thorough diagnosis on the whole vehicle to let me know what else could be wrong. transparent pricing, and great customer service at the front desk.

Made time to check my cars ac 2 hours after it failed. I spent 2 hours calling around and Jeff's took my call, listened, made it clear they could take a look but almost certainly NOT do any repairs because of the time of day I was calling (3:30) and because they would need to order the part. The guys in the shop not only figure out the issue, but went out of their way to get it fixed within 2 hours. Literally the friendliest most knowledgeable and straight forward mechanics I have ever had the absolute pleasure of going to.
They also made an already terrible day better and I can't thank them enough, 5 stars

My most recent visit was not a good experience. I previously had a valve cover gasket replaced and in my service report for this visit, it's listed as needing fixed again. Not to mention they marked my AC as functioning properly but it is definitely not working. Very inconvenient and inconsistent service here. Too bad, because they did very well the first couple years I was doing business here. I hope Jeff's Auto repair can make things right. This is unacceptable

Took my Rav in for an oil change yesterday as a walk in. They got me in and out in under an hour at a very reasonable price. They provided me with a full report on a few things maintenance-wise that need attention. No pressure at all though. Wish I could remember the name of the man I dealt with, but he was very professional and courteous. I will return no doubt!

I did engine oil change for my BMW X5 here. Today, I found they didn't close the cover properly. All screws were missing. It is not PROFESSIONAL.
