I went today to get an advertised $10 haircut and blowout. Only to get told that because I had been there before (Dec2023 - even though they could not find me in the computer) I was not able to get the deal. We'll, that's not what the advertisement said! After finally agreeing to the advertised price, with NO ONE in the salon, she tells me it will be a 5 hour wait!! To me, this is discrimination plain and simple, just because this woman wanted to be vindictive and it was her only recourse not to honor a simple $10 advertisement. Plus the extra shopping I would have done if she w I understand have quoted a reasonable time. I wouldn't let them cut my dogs hair (if I had one)!!!!!!!!

Lisa did an amazing job on a cut and balayage for me. She was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to ensure my style and color were what I wanted. This was my first haircut and coloring in a couple years and I left feeling rejuvenated and in love with my hair again. Thank you Lisa!!!

Lisa was wonderful for my daughter's wash & style. My daughter has thick curly hair and wanted it blown out & straightened. Lisa easy to talk to, recommended me some awesome product to combat frizz this summer, and was happy to answer any hair question I had. After seeing her handle the person I love the most in the world with such care, I want to have her bless me with her amazing skill too (and I'm sooo picky about my hair).
Also worth mentioning, my mother and my daughter have both seen Chi in the past for multiple hair services and they adore him as well! JCP salon is not to be slept on!

I was looking for a new stylist and booked with Alyssa. She did a wonderful job on my color! It looks very natural and I'm delighted with her effort in coloring and styling to ensure I walked out feeling good! I'm definitely returning to Alyssa and would highly recommend this talented woman!

Worst hair bleaching and customer service experience ever!I had my hair bleached, toned and roots touched-up by ANA last week on Wednesday, the next day I still had dark brown roots and other areas of dark brown hair growth obviously not touched by the bleach at all! They didn't grow overnight! She obviously missed a bunch of spots! I went back there on Friday to complain about the terrible job ANA did! I even showed them the dark roots. They said that they would re-do it at no charge, scheduled me for the following week. Today was the day of my re-do appointment at 3:30pm, ANA herself started texting me on my cell phone around 12pm today, asking for pictures of my hair?! And then she asked me if I could come in early, I said that I could be there around 2:30pm, then she texted me back saying that she can't see me today because she has to leave work early!!! I decided to go to the salon and talk to them, and then I found by the manager of the salon that ANA is not leaving work early! So ANA lied to me. Very unprofessional behavior to say the least! And then the manager proceeds to tell me along with another stylist that my hair is fine and they will not re-do it!!! I kept telling them that my roots were still dark brown the next day, they didn't believe me, they basically called me a liar! They also kept making fun of my complaint and making me feel totally stupid. The manager is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. She did everything she could to make me feel worse about the situation. I walked over to Gene Juarez after I left JC Penney, and discussed what happened to my hair with their hair bleaching specialists, they said that I should not have had dark brown roots the next day, they said that JC Penney stylist obviously did not bleach my roots! If you decide to go this place, do not see ANA, and know that if you have any problems with them, they will just come up with every stupid reason to avoid helping you. Customer satisfaction and care do not mean anything at this JC Penney salon!
