My family and I visited the store to find a present for my mother-in-law, hoping for assistance. Unfortunately, a salesperson named Aria, who was very rude, ended up helping us. She was condescending to me, my husband, and our two young children. When I asked to see a bracelet, she took it out of the display, placed it in front of me, and then pushed it towards me, telling me to take it off the holder myself. I felt insulted and like a burden for being a customer.
I hope the store manager addresses this extremely poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend going to this store if you have to deal with Aria. She needs significant coaching and maturity.

Nancy was wonderful! We were able to work within my price range and I bought my wife a brilliant diamond bracelet for our anniversary. In and out in 15 minutes!

Gary is the man! Such a super helpful and honest gentleman. He quickly became my go-to for all things diamonds and jewelry in the ring-buying process. When I had questions, he always had time to answer them all and he never shied away from diving into the nitty-gritty. I’d recommend him to all my friends and coworkers for their bridal needs.

Adrian and Gary were both wonderful! We walked in and started talking to Gary and he handed us off to Adrian because we wanted to design our engagement ring. Adrian took the time to listen to us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Adrian helped us order it and showed us comparable designs and assured us the ring would be perfect. Picked it up today and the experience was so charming and warm again. Adrian made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond. Gary even took me aside and said he appreciates me and that my future father in law said I was a great guy and he even wished us the best. Such a great experience and would 100% recommend to anyone!

I have a James Allen piece and was rudely told that I “should always have my order number”. I have been coming to this location for about 3 years since I have gotten my ring and this is the first time they have ever treated this poorly… well only when this one person is at the counter. I have set up a profile there and I know they “should” have all our info including the order number. You “should” learn to treat customers with kindness- maybe you’d get more business. My husband is constantly fighting with this location about cleaning and inspecting our James Allen wedding ring.

We had a wonderful experience at Jared's yesterday. The customer service was exceptional, and Gary Lee went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get our ring that day! Yesterday was our 5th anniversary of dating, and I said "yes"!
