No trust here. Would not let me take car until I forked over $92. Said it was their policy to NEVER bill a customer net 30. Flat tire repair with a $37 replacement lug key was $92! They also found a way to include a recall service that I am sure they made bank on. Did not miss one opportunity to make a nickel. They did fix the flat and for that they get 2 stars.

Made the drive up from Vancouver, WA to look at a Mustang GT350 they had on the lot. We called in advance to ask the condition of the vehicle as to not waste time and the sales person said "you will not be disappointed" and how wrong they would turn out to be. The vehicle overall was not quite as described and was not in the condition they would have presented but was clean and the color combo we had been searching for. We took the vehicle on a short test drive and was assured about their inspections and that they believe in taking care of there clients after the sale. You would think standing in a dealership of that caliber asking the price they were that there would be some truth to that. Drove the 200ish miles home and found the clutch starting to slip. The vehicle only had 8000 miles so this seemed very odd. We contacted the dealership and both sales people asked what they could do. I was very upfront and honest, I work at a repair facility and would take care of the labor but would love help on the clutch itself. Stuff happens but within reason of course. They seemed to care, or at least can put on a hell of a show like they do but ultimately offered to sale me a clutch over list price which is laughable. The dealer ship is gorgeous, the staff well trained, but overall poor exp, fake people who are good at saying one thing without actually believing it makes you a con in my world. I still haven't decided if I should add names of the sales people but may add them later. If you want to buy anything from them make sure its new with a warranty or else see all the other warning signs I ignored and paid the price.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I’ve had the uh.. opportunity… to go through car buying processes three times over the last 4 years. Two of them were highly stressful, pressured, and a sigh of relief once I finally got out the door into an unwashed vehicle.Not the case at Jaguar Seattle. Sean, Daniil, and even the finance folks were insanely pleasant to work with. The pre-owned vehicle I wanted to look at was not only washed inside and out, but was serviced on intake and more than ready to go by the time I had decided the price was right.Truly a solid group of folks to work with and I would encourage anyone to at least stop by and check out whatever you’re eyeing if it means you get the chance to meet Sean, Daniil, or anyone else on their sales floor.5/5, would buy again.

We found a nail in our tire and the tire was flat. We took our car to Land Rover service and they took us in without notice. Arby took care of what we needed and gave us a complimentary cleaning of the interior and washed the exterior. Great communication, very knowledgeable and so helpful. We look forward to coming back for routine service with him. Thank you, Arby!

I was here at this dealership for an issue with my car. The service guy knew I had extended warranty on my car which is still valid and he didn’t say anything about any charges. He kindly arranged a drop for my family to the nearby mall which was nice of him, but few hours later he said they will have to change cam shaft solenoids and that would cost me $600 USD! I told him I don’t want to do that expense as it costly. He said I would still have to pay for diagnostic charge which is $199 plus taxes USD! I had no other choice so had to give him approval to go ahead and change the solenoid censor for $600! I drove off their lot and the car had the same issue again. I called them again and they declined to bring my car back in. I decided to drive back to Canada and check with Jaguar dealership here and showed them the invoice. Canada jag dealership confirmed that Seattle dealership shouldn’t have charged me in the first place as it is covered under warranty! The service guy in Seattle clearly took advantage of my situation as he knew I was a tourist and stuck with family. Shame on you guys!

We brought both of our vehicles in today. The service advisors are helpful, knowledgeable, and present when listening to information about our vehicles. Even though the service department is busy, they show that their consumers are important by communicating and listening. I’m looking forward to working with the service department and sales team in the future.

They will nickel & dime you.Not to mention $1200 for, what is essentially an oil change.Don’t have their own loaners but will get you a rental car. I spent over $70k on a new vehicle & because they took over 2 days to fix a couple of issues; I have to eat 1 days rental!Oh, by the way, had to go back to replace a couple of nuts & bolts which they had failed to put back! (Glad it wasn’t my brakes)

Finance Department is incompetent! We bought a Vehicle there but after dealing with Finance Department still over 2 weeks later for paperwork being not done correctly and overpayment for trade not being sent out in a timely manner would not recommend! Terrible!

I was searching for a vehicle and wasn't sure what I wanted. I don't live in Washington and reached out to David about a vehicle posted online. David was super helpful to me in answering any and all questions I had, was professional, courteous and polite. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated the real service I got from him, which I don't feel you experience much anymore. I ended up purchasing from another Jaguar dealer, but wished I could have purchased from him. He is the reason I made the decision I did and I'm so happy with the car. Ask for David if you'd like a kind, knowledge and thoughtful salesperson. Thanks again!
